Bible is History.
Thanks, Disney UK! Such a heartwarming tribute to Filipino culture and families here at home and abroad!
12:59 huh? Like honestly? Tlgang naghahanap lng kyo ng pede pagsingitan ng network n yan.
I cried while showing this to my 6 year old son. Uuwi ko dapat siya sa Philippines for the first time pero because of Covid, nasira lahat ng plano. I miss my family dyan
Philippines' Christmas is the best. The Simbang Gabis, the trains of puto bumbong and Bibingka you see after church. The colorful parols, the people's smiles suot-suot ang mga napamaskuhang damit. Seeing your friends and of course what makes Philippine Christmas the best is the family ties. Pasko na!!! Ambilis!!
Natumbok mo! Hindi mapapalitan ng materialistic and overflowing gifts (customs sa US/UK/Canada) and even snowy white Christmas ang Philippine Christmas. Ibang iba ang atmosphere, at lalong ibang celebrating it when you are with your family and friends. Nakakamiss. Matagal na ko di naka uwi. I miss my lola :(
1:14, naiyak ako kasi both my grandparents are gone. My Lola just passed away 2 years ago and unfortunately, I was in nursing school and was working part time. No money and no time to travel home. And now that I'm done, still couldn't travel due to Covid. I terribly miss my families back home. Call me weakling but I appreciate tributes like this esp. galing sa Disney.
The video is heartwarming. Nakaka touch. Hindi ako naiyak but 1:14AM, no need to make snide comments na "maarte tao dito". Sana po hindi malungkot ang Pasko nyo.
This makes me so happy. I hate Disney but I applaud them for featuring Filipino culture in the UK. This is why representation matters. I am so happy that at last, positive naman yung portrayal sa atin in the global market. Hindi kahirapan. So so so happy for this! Thank you Disney UK.
DeleteQuestion - yung intro was 1940 Manila.

DeleteHmmm, true, too sentimental. Too OA as always.
DeleteAw. Poor you. You must have a very sad life.
Delete1:31 I think valid naman yung comparison comment ni 12:59 kasi this video is Disney's Christmas ID. Clap back dun sa hater 12:37 post

DeleteMadami Pinoy sa UK. Madami din kasi Briton nakapangasawa ng Pinay.
ReplyDeleteNaiyak tuloy ako. I now appreciate more our family values.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU, DISNEY!
Hay naku, it’s the same theme pinoy Christmas ad, recycled over and over again. We’ve seen this kind of ads a hundred times already.
ReplyDeleteD ako makakauwi. Naiiyak ako.
ReplyDeleteAww...
ReplyDeleteVery EMOTIONAL and HEARTWARMING! Thanks to DISNEY!
