  6. Be healthy mga mommies. Kailangan natin maging healthy for our kids. Pano natin sila maalagaan kung sakitin tayo. Eat healthy, wag mag smoke(good for you and sa mga anak nyo) and mag exercise (walking). Iba iba ang bodg type natin di porket tabain ka di mo na aalagaan sarili mo.

    Ps. Maging ehemplo tayo sa pag tatapon ng basura,itapon natin sa tamang tapunan ang balat ng candy/trash para tularan tayo ng mga anak natin.save natin si Mother Earth para sa mga anak natin.

  9. Ewan ko ba pero sa lahat ng pinoy celebrity buntis na nakita ko eto lang ang mahilig magsuot ng pasexy e pupwede naman ipakita parin na nag lose weight w/o having to show too much skin

  10. kapag talaga hindi mo problema ang pera, kung me mga yaya na mag aalaga sa anak mo, kung ang iniisip mo lang sa araw araw ay kung mag ggym ka ba o magsshopping o sa bahay lang pero mag ootd pra sa ig post.. madali talaga pumayat. sa mga normal na pilipino mahirap ma achieve yan.

    2. Ang mahal naman magkayaya sa ibang bansa. Sa tingin ko wala yan yaya. Hiyangan daw ang pagbubuntis eh. May kakilala ako nakailang anak na pero sexy pa rin. Partida yoga lang sa bahay ginagawa, hindi pa strenuous na exercises. May mga iba rin nagsasabi na eventually pumapayat sila kasi malikot ang mga anak nila, madalas tumatakbo ang nanay at bumubuhat ng gamit o kaya ng baby kaya toned ang biceps kahit papano.

  11. Ang hirap maging babae. Too much pressure. Kelangan mag aral ng mabuti, then graduate, then get a good job, then get a nice boyfriend, then engagement, then wedding, then marriage, then pregnancy, then bounce back immediately to your pre pregnancy body while juggling a career + taking care of husband + taking care of a newborn + having time to yourself. I don't believe posts like this to encourage women kuno. Us women have to always project a positive image na we can juggle it all. But not all the time.

    1. Kaya nman yan ma achieve lahat but there are days talaga na feeling losyang at down ka. Wag palaging nagpapaniwala sa mga posts na ganito, madedepress ka lang.

  14. Kailangan ba talaga may bikini/underwear shots before, during, and post pregnancy? They think they are empowering other women pero sa totoo lang validation and likes lang naman habol. Feeling nila sila ang pinakaunang babaeng nabuntis. In reality, the only people who are sincerely happy and interested when you get pregnant is the closest people around you (asawa, parents, and in laws). The rest of us don’t care. And for most moms, losing weight a week or two after giving birth is the least of their worries. When you become a mom, the first thing you care about is your child.

  17. ako 2 n dn anak ko at s UK dn nakatira. Although nagsschool n ung panganay ko, lagi pa rin akong busy sa bahay with my 6 month-old. Pag natutulog sya I only have enough time pra sa mga gawaing bahay tapos di ko p dn matapos lahat. Mahirap dito may anak so di ko alam if pano nagagawa ni Bangs mag workout kahit my 2 anak na. Posible naman n magkaron ng yaya dito eh kng maraming datung.

  19. Halata namang naka MEGA INHALE and WALANG HINGA, sabay RAISE THE ARMS and STRETCH para talagang mag mukhang payat! ANGLE and CAMERA tricks like we all know. Pag nag slouch yan sa couch, may puson din yan!
