I think there is no need for any legal action anymore. This woman has been condemned enough. Filing a case is a waste of money. Whether sincere or not, she had apologized already and no need to dignify on that. Let's move on and I am sure Liza is now just fine.

She's throwing a major pity party acting like she's the victim.

Not apologising to Liza. Apologising just to what she only uttered about rape,which was infact to inflict harm to Liza due to her disgust over Liza's rant about their company's bad service. I think she really hates Liza lol!
