As soon as restrictions were easing up, work opportunities were determined by their respective teams. Thus, when a production unit was given the go signal to start airing, the staff followed government protocols, which were subsequently supported by their initiatives. The show’s talents were excited, as they would be able to work again. More importantly, they would be able to reconnect with their followers.

Prior to the actual performance, every blocking was well planned and camera angles were marked, so as to follow social distancing. Then, One Talent (OT) sent an odd request to the production team. OT asked if he and Another Talent (AT) not be placed in one frame and insinuations leading to matching them be stopped. OT felt such gestures would only make them awkward. OT further admitted that uncalled for awkwardness might lead to his inability to match wits. In other words, OT was afraid that he might have a mental block and be unable to speak.

The production team adhered to the request of OT and even made adjustments in the presence of OT and AT. During their first day of returning to work, AT arrived early and OT came a bit later. Their dressing rooms were far from each other. When they saw each other, they could only wave, as kissing is not allowed, as per protocol.

As the production work progressed, OT and AT seemed more comfortable with such arrangement. Thus, the two can finally move away from each other’s shadow and pursue their individual identity.
