Nakakaamaze nga eh how a woman’s body can change drastically in weeks.
I like her but she shouldn’t have posted this. Too many women are already insecure about their weight esp after giving birth, and The psychological impact of having a child is already affecting most women. Please normalize normal bodies. We can’t all be like her, and it makes me sad how we patronize going back to prepregnancy weight right away. It is ok if you don’t like how you look after giving birth, it’s ok to take your time and heal. I hope celebrities should think before posting.
Well said and I agree. I also think we, as women, need to stop patronizing celebrities as our benchmark on how to look. They make their money through their looks and will spend a larger amount of time and money investing in those. Thus, they are not going to be a healthy norm for body positivity, etc.
I grew up purposefully avoiding fashion magazines and the like and I can say it was quite psychologically healthy for me not to feel pressured to look or dress a certain way and to be influenced by trends and societal norms. It saved me alot of money and unnecessary grief from trying to fit in a certain way.
Ewan ko sa inyo ayaw nyo maniwala sa binat..dibale when you reach a certain age when you get old..you will. Grabe kayo this only promotes ordinary new mothers out there more stress and pressure for them to look good after giving birth.
Kaya nag unfollow ako dito - yun mga fitness posts nia nagkuunwareng all about body positivity pero un totoo, nakaka nega yun pagka obsessed nia sa sarili nia.
Honestly, do women especially mothers have the time in the world to follow her journey on weight loss after giving birth? Ganun ba kaobsess yung karamihan sa nanay na maging fit like her? Hindi ba pwedeng enjoy the highs and lows of being a mother muna?
Puro lamig katawan niyo. Good luck! Say hello to athritis and rayuma sa inyong pgtanda.
Sa panahon ngayon, magpost ka lang ng life mo, yung yaman, katawan or kagandahan, ibbash ka! Kasi nga daw maraming nasasaktan dahil pinapaalala sa ordinaryong tao na they only have a mediocre life na nag-aabang lang ng udpate sa mga katulad ni niya at maglaan ng time and energy sa pagcomment negatively.
She’s just sharing her journey. Kung d kayo interesado or ayaw nyo sa kanya just unfollowe her. Life nya yan. Di naman nya sinabi na gayahin nyo. Kung d nyo kaya ang ginagawa nya then so be it. After all may kanya kanya naman tayong journey in life. Para sa kanya yan ang way nya upang maging healthy, it may work for others and may not work or for you, pwede rin naman it work for you and not for others. Parang product lang yan mag kanya kanyang target market. Pag d mo type hanap ng iba. No need to bash and hate. Just love
11:26 Not everyone is following her, fyi.
Mind your own beeswax haha
May pa contest ba.. Pabilisan to be in their pre-pregnancy weight. Kawawa naman ang ordinaryong babae pressure.
ReplyDeleteIkr! They are far too obsessed with their bodies than about enjoying motherhood.

ReplyDeleteYou don't have to feel pressured 8:22. Take your time to heal. Different bodies and lifestyles, different recovery times.
