I love Heart but I’ll go with Sarah on this one.

kulang lang sa alterations ang kay heart at side angle kaya the dress was unflattering. or the pouf made her look poufy hehe
Sarah, the neckline isn't working for Heart. Sarah also looks more relaxed in it, like she's wearing the dress instead of the dress wearing her. Heart looks stiff, like she's werqing the look too much when it's not a werq look at all.
