I’m sure this was part of the reason why MIWY was cancelled but not the sole reason. At the end of the day, it’s all about money! The ratings weren’t meeting ABS’ expectations considering its headlined by two of their top stars. Anyways we’ll have to see what happens with ASH and LTW, shows who both have been struggling in the ratings. ASH has more potential to stay tho cuz they have a lot of stocked episodes since they’ve been filming since like 2018 I believe, also the story was conceptualized by Charo Santos herself so you know she’s not canceling her own show until she’s forced to😂😂 LTW just started and has the potential to become a big hit.

Yes, ASH & LTW do not generate high ratings but both still have the potential to improve & they most likely cost less to produce than MIWY. Maraming fans ang lizquen, sa prime time pa ang slot pero mukhang masyadong malaki ang nagastos ng show tapos hindi kumita Kaya di na binalik. I think puros heavy drama na cliché na Lang ang ipapalabas ng kapamilya. Tagilid na sila sa mga kilig serye kasi talo na sila ng Korean telenovelas. The fact na Mas kilala na ng pinoy audience ang mga artista and award giving bodies sa Korea is alarming na talaga sa state ng industry dito.
