True! Hirap na hirap nga ako sa 800 cal, 500 pa kaya? Lagi mainit ulo and lutang sa work dahil sa food deprivation + slimming pills. 3 yrs later nagka tumor ako sa tummy. Weight loss is a very personal thing; other's approach may not work well with you pero one thing's for sure na 100% efficient: exercise + watch what u eat (less sweets more veggies).

Happy for you Aiko. keep it up! However, 500 kcal is very unhealthy. You might suffer from vitamins and minerals deficiency. I suppose 1650 is fine based on RDCI.

I'm losing weight at 1600-1800 cals, susko tong mga artista na to proud pa na they are depriving themselves of nutrients just for their vanity. Smh
She looks great. But 500 calories is unhealthy, girl. Don't do that again. To others reading it, don't do it to yourselves.
