If Abs has violations, give them time to rectify, penalize if needed but to delay at inabutan Na ng pandemic. This is clearly government’s failure / congress. and I am afraid the country that I love will not be the country I want to live in and go back to.

Anyone has the right to release press statement. If you’ve been applying for a license that is about to expire but the one in charge in renewing is delaying it. Is it your fault or the one issuing it? I am sure if you penalize Abs any amount of money, they would have paid or complied so Hindi sila stop operation. Same way you will pay a penalty or comply if you want your license so you can work or do businesses.
ABS was not given a chance to explain, present evidence of compliance and defend itself from all the accusations and allegations. Paano nila mkclear ang name ng company nila kung one sided Lang ang hearing.
