Hay isa ka pa. There has to be a VALID basis for the subpoena get mo? NBI used bayanihan act as basis. Ang problema ng NBI... bayanihan act was signed into law in March 24 at epektibo sya ng March 25. Vico Sotto's supposed violation of this "not yet law at the time" happened on March 19.

ReplyDeleteThe bayanihan act law wasn’t promulgated in March 19 where he allowed tricycles for public use by his constituents. The government called him out, he complied. It was put into effect March 24, that means he didn’t violate anything, the law is never retroactive. It’s not rocket science.
