Arbitrary Concern

At the start of the covid-19 pandemic, certain celebrities on their initiative launched various programs to help. Some celebrities called for materials hospitals immediately needed, such as personal protective equipment and tents. Others raised funds to support families in dire need of food and shelter. Musically-inclined personalities staged online concerts to gather money for various purposes to address the needs of easing the effects of the crisis.

While others opted to use social media to call for assistance, many celebrities opted to remain quiet in helping. Nonetheless, most had to reveal their activities, as netizens and bashers are quick to assume that just because a celebrity is not shown packing goods, he/she is not doing his/her share.

On her part, Vivacious Talent (VT) wanted to join the trend and help as well. Thus, she chose an easy path of distributing groceries to her community. However, in the process. VT turned out to be a nuisance. As soon as VT saw the line of people waiting to enter the supermarket, which is already a policy to practice social distancing, VT moved ahead of everyone else. Once she saw the security personnel, she demanded to see the owner of the supermarket whom she claimed to be a friend.

The security personnel immediately called the owner, who verified the claim of VT. VT told the owner that she needed to buy goods for her operation to help the poor in her community. Thus, with her seeming good cause, VT was given permission to enter without regard for people who have been waiting for hours.

VT proceeded to buy goods in bulk, such as sacks of rice and innumerable boxes of canned goods. Sadly, her purchases left only a few goods for people in the line that day and many went home unable to buy what they needed for the quarantine.

Imbis na marami mapoprotect ng alcohol and soap waley. Buti sana kung yung binibigyan nila eh di pa nabigyan ng iba kahit isang beses.

    1. 4:03, you don't need an anti-bacterial soap. As advised medically, regular soap for hand washing is more than adequate.

    2. 4:03, tama si 10:48, nag google pa talaga ako dati tungkol dyan. Ndi naman needed anti bacterial kasi in the first place virus siya.

    1. True. It says "VT wanted to join the trend and help as well". This is not A cause A has been helping since then and is doing it constantly.
