Kakalungkot talaga. Hindi lang sa qc may ganun. Even sa ibang cities may mga covid positive na pinag home quarantine na lang (if mild symptoms). Priority kasi iconfine mga elderly and with co-morbidity.
I live in California. The sad reality is even if people get tested positive for covid19 and has mild symptoms or asymptomatic, they will not be admitted in the hospital. They will be sent home to self isolate and monitor from home. Only severe cases are admitted in the hospital. It's pretty scary. Sobra pasaway ang mga tao dito especially the millenials. They think they're invincible. So, stay at home everyone. Stay healthy. Be safe.
Hi! Please learn to differentiate millennials and gen-z. Millennials are in their late twenties to late thirties. They are working from home doing zoom video conferences rather than spring break in florida.
2:43 Ah talaga?
If asymptomatic naman to mild symptoms, patients can self quarantine at home and they can heal themselves from there, as long as walang respiratory complication. Kasi wala naman magagawa sa hospital kung wala ka naman symptoms or mild lang. all they can do is give patientes support care such as administration of tylenol tapos maeexposed pa ang mga healthcare people sa kakatake care.
In an ideal world, lahat ng positive nasa hospital. But in reality, hindi po ganun
I actually agree with the protocol. If mild symptoms positive covid ka, and you go sa hospital, there’s no cure naman, so what is the point.? Rather than have the nurses take care of your symptoms that are mild, why not go home? It’s basically for the greater good. I’d rather have the frontliners take care of patients that are in a critical condition, Diba?
Ganon din dito sa Australia. Mabburden lng ang healthcare facilities if you put them (mild cases) all in the hospital, hindi pa safe kase you will put the other patients and healthcare workers at risk.
Is she really that clueless. That’s the norm in pinas, even with the non-covid health issues. There are no beds in most hospitals for non-emergency cases. You have to wait or try your luck and visit several hospitals and if you are lucky you’ll get a bed.
Unless you have pneumonia and in need of ventilator, there is no need for you to be in hospital. There is nothing they can give you anyway. There is no cure or dugs for it and no vaccine.
Omg, she doesn’t know na wala naman kasing treatment sa covid19. It’s like a severe flu, there is no cure for it. All you can do is wait for your body (your immune system) to fight off the virus. I’m a nurse so I know the protocol for Covid-19. We treat them if they have pneumonia and ventilator if they can’t breath on their own.
Our hospitals are already overwhelmed. That's why as much as possible, we have to self-isolate and quarantine at home. There's always a possibility for the healthy condition to improve, just stringently reinforce discipline. At the 1st instance of cough or mild fever, drink lots of water and take long rest and sleep. Stay away from loved ones as much as you can.
Quarantine is to stop the spread of the virus from people with the virus to those who don’t have the virus. You can be infected and still have no symptoms but can still infect others. That’s why we also have social distancing rule at the moment.
So that we could flatten the curve. That is the least thing you could do to protect yourself, your loved ones and to help all the frontline workers.
Here in UK, they stopped testing na. Whether normal Flu lang yan, theh consider it as corona na agad and you have to do self isolation para di na makahawa. Bawal ka pumunta ng clinics or hospitals. If you call the hotline wala ring magagawa sayo unless super lala mo na, dun ka lang pwede iadmit and itest. Ayaw na nila itrace each case, magastos nga naman. My husband shown symptoms of CoVID 19. We’ll never know if he’s positive or not kasi di siya matetest. We’re just doing self isolation and following guidelines from the healthcare and government. Paracetamol lang din iniinom niya and we asked our friend and family to buy us groceries for the meantime
Look, I work as a nurse here in Sydney and even the biggest hospitals here have limited space and staff in ICU. We're already planning to close some wards and convert them into a makeshift ICU, but that will not be enough. Here's another thing you need to know about Covid19, if you have very mild symptoms and the health professionals deemed you as 'not at risk' you will not be prioritised. It's not like you will be abandoned. It's more of, people with underlying conditions will be prioritised more. People with COPD, poor immune system (such as patients with cancer or on a dialysis), elderlies, etc. If you're like Tom Hanks or Idris Elba, you can stay in your home. Keep track of your health and if something is not right (and you know your body more than anyone) then present yourself to ED.
Pasok kami ng pasok more chances of winning din kami.
Yung mga comments na "here in US", "here in UK". Wag po magmagaling. Hindi porke't nasa 1st world kayo at yan ang ginagawa is effective na. remember nasa top 10 highest cases kayo ng COVID and still increasing.
Walang masama sa pag compare sa mga bansa namin sa Pinas (I am the one who posted about UK). It's not about how efficient it is but it's about HOW THEY MANAGE IT ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE COSTINGS INVOLVED. Musta naman ang Pinas, maaafford ba? Don't get butth*rt with the comparison, it's a fact. Hindi mayaman ang Pinas to accommodate ALL PATIENTS THAT ARE POSITIVE ON IT. Government can't do it all, that's why they're asking us to be cooperative.
Virus is self-limiting. Jan nagkakahawaan. Wag natin iasa sa gobyerno lahat guys. Let's do our part. That is reality mapa 1st or 3rd world countries man.
Most naman walang symptoms or mild lang.
Empty shell.
ReplyDeleteMakabash lang. Si Alex dami na natulungan. E ikaw?

ReplyDeleteSame here in Canada.
DeleteI saw that interview of an incompetent waste of space, trapo.

ReplyDeleteStop blaming everything on millennials- the youngest of them are 23. It’s Gen Z that are out partying and generally not caring.
DeleteYup.
They can self quarantine at home.
DeleteWhen you say millenials, you mean the 25-40 y.o. right?
DeleteWhere are you in ca? We were in sf to drive around and at ocean beach ang daming pasaway

DeleteGenZ students mga yan
DeleteProblem is those who were sent home libe in informal settlements. Context please.
DeletePag mild Ang symptoms kahit positive pwde mag home quarantine .
