Huh? Sa dami ng pnoprocess nila daily tingin mo di sila pwedeng magkamali. Everyone should practice caution and isolation naman whether or not nagpositive si rep yap or not. Again one should act as if he's infected and doesn't want to pass it on not as if he doesn't want to be infected.

They really need to issue a statement kung paano nagkamali. I am really bothered sa statement nila na clerical error. I do not have any medical background pero ang results ba ay manually prepared or encoded? If yes, then it is indeed prone to clerical error. They should put controls in place by having some second or rec-checking before releasing the results. But due to time-constraints, baka nga hindi na nagagawa.
If the results are machine generated, the probability of error is very minimal unless mali ang input sa machine.
Kaya they should really clarify etong ‘clerical error’ nila kung paano nangyari. Nacontaminate ba yung test, na compromise ba yung results, tama naman talaga yung results pero namali lang yung nag announce (Ms. Universe/Oscars Lalaland)?
Encoding error - pwedeng encoding nung ipasok ang samoles pwedeng mga reagent sa machines not necessarily typo-clerical. You will not react negatively towards RITM staff if alam niyo gano sila ka fully loaded and HOW THEY ARE RISKING THEIR LIVES TOO when handling the samples and doing the tests. Hindi ho parang PT yung test na pagihi mo iintayin mo lang yung dalawang linya.
