Just Mortified

Adoration and loyalty of fans are often based on what they can see from the way a celebrity conducts himself/herself in the roles he/she portrays and in public events covered by media. Thus, a celebrity has to live with the image such instances make of him/her.

When a celebrity is stereotyped into playing good characters, fans expect him/her to behave like that in public. Luckily, most celebrities who indeed play good characters do commendable deeds in real life. Moreover, celebrities who are streamlined into villain roles are usually the opposite in real life. Some fans even claim that the worst antagonists are the best human beings off cam.

Unfortunately, a sad story comes from the off cam life of a Popular Actress (PA). Much attention has been given to PA lately for a project that is anticipated by her fans. By contrast, PA has not been giving much attention to a Family Member (FM) allegedly. FM has been airing her frustration at how life had been hitting her hard. She is having a hard time doing domestic chores and could not afford household help, much more for PA to hire one for her. Apparently, PA is embarrassed of FM, as she has not even dropped by for a visit. Another story is that PA was unable to extend any help for another kin, who needed to be hospitalized. Sadly, the said relative did not make it.

With various projects along her way, PA is haunted by such stories. However, as PA is imposing privacy measures, she will not shed light on how she has been treating her family. Such family treatment might work against her, as loyalty of fans is overturned by the way a celebrity treats a close family member.
