Just you, dear. So to explain, her attending fashion events is part of her job. So now, even though she doesn't have her own biological children, she's a stepmother to twins, have a husband, 3 cats and 4 dogs, and staff. Regardless she can still manage to have a career (which as mentioned includes going to fashion events) while taking care of them all. So when the time comes that she'll have her own child, she will continue to have a career and continue to work hard for her kids and even dream bigger. Because in this day and age, a woman can be a mother and have a career at the same time.
