actually mejo tama si 1:37, kung sa ig naka-post yan. dahil sa agreement clause na inissue before na lahat ng pics don ay pagaari na nila. kaya me karapatan silang gamitin un, o ibenta.
@1:54. Duhhh uhhh... totoo naman na public domain and it’s easy to steal pics talaga. Pag di nahuli ok pero pag nahuli tanggalin daapat or icredit man lng.
1:37 you obviously did not get it. Even if someone posts his/her pics in public, he/she still owns it and without permission, it can never be used for whatever purpose. Read IPR and copyright.
Nagmamagaling to at si 2:50. LOL di porket nasa web public domain na. If that were true, all these art thieves when caught wouldn’t apologize or take the work down. What’s the use of google’s “license” filter when searching for images then? As for instagram, that’s only true if ig uses them so it’s not PUBLIC domain.
Hahahahahaha! Post pa kasi ng mga ganyan! Public domain yan dahil nasa Web!
ReplyDeleteDuhhh ofcourse not!

DeleteLOL to those who think that you still own your photos once posted on the web.
DeleteI think the reason why Isabel Oli called this out is because the picture was used for a different context. just my two cents
ReplyDeleteShe knows nothing pala e. If you use a site to post your photos then they have the right to use your photos. Nothing is free in life.
