As a business owner, I have also invested a lot of time and money to nurture my employee's talents and skills and in return we sign a contract stating they will have to be employed for certain number of years. Beneficial to both parties as I as a business woman will able to earn a profit and my employees gaining new set of skills which I cannot take away from them even after our contract is done. It is just and right that both parties abide the contract. And even if it seems cruel that the employee cannot leave when they are unhappy, they should still be grateful as once in their life someone believed in them and invested in them.

Nadine signed the renewal contract knowing James won't be renewing his, assuming she'll still be allowed to work with James on some projects in the future. She still had a good working relationship with Viva then. But when James did not renew, Viva did not want any future Jadine projects anymore, since they're only making a cut from Nadine's, and they are not happy with James leaving.. but still, she signed the contract, she had the choice not to renew but she still did. However, not siding with Viva as well.
Oppresive or not, she should know that without VIVA, would she be where she is now?? And pinirmahan nya yun to begin with. So, dba dapat binasa nya and inintindi?

DeleteAs a business owner, I have also invested a lot of time and money to nurture my employee's talents and skills and in return we sign a contract stating they will have to be employed for certain number of years. Beneficial to both parties as I as a business woman will able to earn a profit and my employees gaining new set of skills which I cannot take away from them even after our contract is done. It is just and right that both parties abide the contract. And even if it seems cruel that the employee cannot leave when they are unhappy, they should still be grateful as once in their life someone believed in them and invested in them.

But when James did not renew, Viva did not want any future Jadine projects anymore, since they're only making a cut from Nadine's, and they are not happy with James leaving.. but still, she signed the contract, she had the choice not to renew but she still did. However, not siding with Viva as well.
