Here in Australia, N95 is a prized commodity. In hospitals, we can only wear this inside a room with Droplet or Airborne precautions. Of course, regular Australians can buy this mask. However, let's be real though, your everyday Filipinos won't be able to afford an N95. Maybe yung mga may kaya satin, can.
Ideally, dapat nga hindi binibili yan but given freely by the local government to its constituents. Pati ba naman yung emergency needs, di pa matugunan? Simpleng mask lang. Karapatan ng bawat isa to have free access to these protective gears para sa protection ng kalusugan lalung lalu na yung mga bata, elderly at yung with delicate and vulnerable health.
Hay totoo yang post ni kakai, ang mahal ng mask. Paano nman yung iba na maraming anak at yung pambili ng masks eh pambili nlang mg pagkain sana. Marami lang akong pera, mamimigay din ako hindi lang kuda sa socmed.
Only in the Philippines lang yung pinagkakakitaan ang delubyo.
ReplyDeleteTo be fair, N95 is not a cheap mask. Cguro yung free mask na pinamimigay is not N95.
DeleteNot true. They do that here in the States also..in certain areas. It's called price gouging.
