  2. I don't think he meant to disrespect the national anthem. He probably just didn't know that it was in violation of the flag law.

    4. If it violates certain laws, then yes!

    5. Wow didn't mean to? Hahahaha

    6. Just so you know guys, walang ganyang law sa U.S., dun siya lumaki, normal doon na pinapagtripan ang N.A., gets na? And what, ipapakulong natin siya? Ano gusto nyo gawin, eh di naman PH Citizen yan.

    7. 108 true. 😂

    8. 1:08 I think Phil Citizen sya naalala ko ung vlog nila ng sister nya na need nila ng visa going to Australia because passport nila is Philippines pa

    9. WOW. seriously?! ganito na mag-isip ang tao ngayon? laws are laws. ignorance of the law excuses no one. own up to what you did and face the consequence.

    6. I actually find him annoying and sobrang TH. Never even impressed by his make-up skills kasi parang ang dumi ng gawa nya kaya d ako naka-sub sa knya AND never ko din nmn xa binash whatsoever anywhere. Nagcomment lang here to express my opinion.

    1. He deleted and apologized. Lumabas uli ang video. He apologized again. Ilang beses dapat magsorry yung tao? Sinsero naman.

  5. This is weird. Naglabas ng ganyan ang NHCP when the person already deleted the video and also apologized for it months ago.

    1. To divert other pressing and important issues ng bansa. Simple as that.

    2. It doesn't matter because his violation is covered under a Special Law. Meaning, even if he doesn't mean it, the case still subsist because intent is not required in Special Laws, it is mala-prohibita.

      Delete
    3. Makupad eh Delayed Reaction

      Delete
    4. Mali nga sya that's why he apologized and deleted the video as soon as his attention was called. The point is, it happened months before NHCP took action and after everything has been deleted and apologized for.

Parang nagnakaw nahuli then sinoli...tas ok na? Ganern?

    6. 1:50 yung analogy mo ng magnanakaw is not applicable kasi wala naman syang kinuhang bagay sa pagkakamali nya. Ano g lusot pinag sasabi mo? He admitted he made a mistake that's why he apologized. Again, the point is why only do this now?

      Delete
    7. 1:50 Maling analogy naman yan. Kahit sinong tao, alam na maling magnakaw. He was not aware of the law. Tapos nung nalaman naman niya, he took it down & apologized.

      Delete
    8. Mga hindi tinuruan ng magulang!

      Delete

    10. Kahit na Pilipino sya, he is also at the same time an American living in Hawaii, an American territory.

Isa pa, nauna na nga syang gumawa ng action as a response to his actions before.

  6. Lol y'all coming at Bretman for doing that like do you even really sing our national anthem when it is played in public? There was no intent to disrespect the flag, there's an overt act pero he didn't grew up in our country so malamang he is ignorant but he is willing to take full responsibility. Ilang beses niyang pinagmamalaki na Pilipino siya pero no one bat an eye no one supported him raising our heritage in beauty world tapos ngayon jirits kayong lahat

    1. Korakas panamas!

He is very proud to be a Filipino. Whenever he is recognized, he acknowledges his roots.

I love Bretman pa rin ahahahaha

    2. Question is would he do that if it's the national anthem of the USA? If yes, then he would have did the same to ours

      Delete
    3. Haha true. Kala mo namam talaga mva pinoy sobrang respectful sa national flag and anthem haha kakaloka. Eh pag tinutugtog nga yan in public hindi naman lahat humihinto to give respect.

      Delete
    4. Do you even know that, “Ignorance of the law is not an excuse”? And it’s pretty common sense that national flags and anthems should be treated with utmost respect.

      Delete
    5. @11:41. Ang respect, hindi ini-impose. Ini-earn yan. - meme somewhere

Kidding aside, yeah. Thank's a given. Not everything should be made fun of. And people needs to learn when to chill the fo and when to comment immensely.

I don't see the point of bring the ghost of the past especially when he already admitted and apologized for his mistakes. We shouldn't crucify a person just to satisfy our ego.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. @12:40 and 2:21. Take some chill pills. Wala nmn ako sinabi i crucify (punished) him for that matter. I’m just saying it’s common sense that people should treat National flags and/or Anthems respect regardless which country are you from. And the “ignorance” part is reference for the comment I replied from. Jeez.

  9. Ignorance of the law excuses no one from compliance therewith.

    He violated the law, period.

He is not exonerated from the crime he committed just because he apologized several times.

Doesn't matter if he's not a Filipino. He disrespected our national anthem. He committed a crime.

  10. Hahahahaha, Kapal foundation ni lola ha.

  11. The focus is on him just because he’s famous. Knowing how undisciplined pinoys are, madami kayong mahuhuli diyan.

    ReplyDelete
  12. FYI. ignorance of the law excuses no one. hinde pwedeng ijustify na hinde nya alam, hinde sya dito lumaki, sikat sya etc etc.

  13. I saw the video. Hindi nakakatawa. Super annoying sya sa totoo lang.

  14. It ain't that serious and he already deleted and apologized
