Just so you know guys, walang ganyang law sa U.S., dun siya lumaki, normal doon na pinapagtripan ang N.A., gets na? And what, ipapakulong natin siya? Ano gusto nyo gawin, eh di naman PH Citizen yan.
108 true. 😂
WOW. seriously?! ganito na mag-isip ang tao ngayon? laws are laws. ignorance of the law excuses no one. own up to what you did and face the consequence.
I actually find him annoying and sobrang TH. Never even impressed by his make-up skills kasi parang ang dumi ng gawa nya kaya d ako naka-sub sa knya AND never ko din nmn xa binash whatsoever anywhere. Nagcomment lang here to express my opinion.
It doesn't matter because his violation is covered under a Special Law. Meaning, even if he doesn't mean it, the case still subsist because intent is not required in Special Laws, it is mala-prohibita.
Mali nga sya that's why he apologized and deleted the video as soon as his attention was called. The point is, it happened months before NHCP took action and after everything has been deleted and apologized for.
Parang nagnakaw nahuli then sinoli...tas ok na? Ganern?
1:50 yung analogy mo ng magnanakaw is not applicable kasi wala naman syang kinuhang bagay sa pagkakamali nya. Ano g lusot pinag sasabi mo? He admitted he made a mistake that's why he apologized. Again, the point is why only do this now?
1:50 Maling analogy naman yan. Kahit sinong tao, alam na maling magnakaw. He was not aware of the law. Tapos nung nalaman naman niya, he took it down & apologized.
Kahit na Pilipino sya, he is also at the same time an American living in Hawaii, an American territory.
Isa pa, nauna na nga syang gumawa ng action as a response to his actions before.
Lol y'all coming at Bretman for doing that like do you even really sing our national anthem when it is played in public? There was no intent to disrespect the flag, there's an overt act pero he didn't grew up in our country so malamang he is ignorant but he is willing to take full responsibility. Ilang beses niyang pinagmamalaki na Pilipino siya pero no one bat an eye no one supported him raising our heritage in beauty world tapos ngayon jirits kayong lahat
Korakas panamas!
He is very proud to be a Filipino. Whenever he is recognized, he acknowledges his roots.
Haha true. Kala mo namam talaga mva pinoy sobrang respectful sa national flag and anthem haha kakaloka. Eh pag tinutugtog nga yan in public hindi naman lahat humihinto to give respect.
Do you even know that, “Ignorance of the law is not an excuse”? And it’s pretty common sense that national flags and anthems should be treated with utmost respect.
@11:41. Ang respect, hindi ini-impose. Ini-earn yan. - meme somewhere
Kidding aside, yeah. Thank's a given. Not everything should be made fun of. And people needs to learn when to chill the fo and when to comment immensely.
I don't see the point of bring the ghost of the past especially when he already admitted and apologized for his mistakes. We shouldn't crucify a person just to satisfy our ego.
@12:40 and 2:21. Take some chill pills. Wala nmn ako sinabi i crucify (punished) him for that matter. I’m just saying it’s common sense that people should treat National flags and/or Anthems respect regardless which country are you from. And the “ignorance” part is reference for the comment I replied from. Jeez.
The focus is on him just because he’s famous. Knowing how undisciplined pinoys are, madami kayong mahuhuli diyan.
Tama! Kainis yung pati pagkakamali sa tono, big deal as if perfect sila kumanta.
Hmm, muntik ko na makalimutan kung gaano tayo kabalat sibuyas pagdating sa pagkapilipino natin, but more for the sake of saving face lang. Never when it really counts.
Kahit si Mikey bustos may ginawa syang violation sa vlog nya last year. Tignan nyo yung suot nyang bandana in one of his old videos. Mga fil-am at fil-canadian kasi sila kaya hindi nila alam mga rules about that at wala din atang nagsasabi sa kanila.
Big deal ano ba Yan...
ReplyDeleteOo big deal yan teh! Kaloka ka! Halatang wala ding pagpapahalaga ‘to.
DeleteI don't think he meant to disrespect the national anthem. He probably just didn't know that it was in violation of the flag law.
ReplyDeleteLol really now selective ang pagiging woke ah
DeleteIf it violates certain laws, then yes!
DeleteWow didn't mean to? Hahahaha
DeleteJust so you know guys, walang ganyang law sa U.S., dun siya lumaki, normal doon na pinapagtripan ang N.A., gets na? And what, ipapakulong natin siya? Ano gusto nyo gawin, eh di naman PH Citizen yan.

Delete1:08 I think Phil Citizen sya naalala ko ung vlog nila ng sister nya na need nila ng visa going to Australia because passport nila is Philippines pa
DeleteWOW. seriously?! ganito na mag-isip ang tao ngayon? laws are laws. ignorance of the law excuses no one. own up to what you did and face the consequence.
DeleteIgnorance is not an excuse. #Realidad
DeleteStop giving excuses 2:02 and 12:38. Just goes to show your colonial mentality.
DeleteIgnorance of the law excuses no one. Wag selective ang pagiging “woke” guys.
Delete3:47 just so you'll know.. Kahit US citizen ka you still need to apply visa down under online. Cost around 20$ FYI
Deletehe apologized and took responsibility and did not make excuses. ano pa gusto nyo? ipakulong sya? how? philippines has no jurisdiction over hawaii.
Deletethat’s legit his real name. ano sisihin nanay? babaw nyo. papansin? lol he makes millions while you are anonymously hating.
DeleteMaybe you just don't understand his humor, but his millions of followers do.
Delete12:27, that’s his real name and his dad named him after The rock. Okay na?
Deletenapansin mo siya. even for a bad reason. napansin mo siya.
DeleteI actually find him annoying and sobrang TH. Never even impressed by his make-up skills kasi parang ang dumi ng gawa nya kaya d ako naka-sub sa knya AND never ko din nmn xa binash whatsoever anywhere. Nagcomment lang here to express my opinion.
DeletePeople need to chill. He immediately deleted the video.
ReplyDeleteHe deleted and apologized. Lumabas uli ang video. He apologized again. Ilang beses dapat magsorry yung tao? Sinsero naman.
DeleteThis is weird. Naglabas ng ganyan ang NHCP when the person already deleted the video and also apologized for it months ago.
ReplyDeleteTo divert other pressing and important issues ng bansa. Simple as that.
DeleteIt doesn't matter because his violation is covered under a Special Law. Meaning, even if he doesn't mean it, the case still subsist because intent is not required in Special Laws, it is mala-prohibita.

I love Bretman pa rin ahahahaha
Question is would he do that if it's the national anthem of the USA? If yes, then he would have did the same to ours
DeleteHaha true. Kala mo namam talaga mva pinoy sobrang respectful sa national flag and anthem haha kakaloka. Eh pag tinutugtog nga yan in public hindi naman lahat humihinto to give respect.

DeleteAgree
ReplyDeleteLol same with the entitled Filipinos and half Filipinos sa ibang bansa.
DeleteIgnorance of the law excuses no one from compliance therewith.
ReplyDeleteHe violated the law, period.
He is not exonerated from the crime he committed just because he apologized several times.
Doesn't matter if he's not a Filipino. He disrespected our national anthem. He committed a crime.
Hahahahaha, Kapal foundation ni lola ha.

ReplyDeleteFYI. ignorance of the law excuses no one. hinde pwedeng ijustify na hinde nya alam, hinde sya dito lumaki, sikat sya etc etc.
ReplyDeleteI saw the video. Hindi nakakatawa. Super annoying sya sa totoo lang.
ReplyDeleteIt ain't that serious and he already deleted and apologized

DeleteIgnorance of the law excuses no one. Persona non Grata na yan!
ReplyDeleteMay mga tao pa lang gaya mo. Nagsorry na siya. How about give him a chance. Pwede, mag-fine pero persona non grata? That’s too much.
DeleteChos! Lol
ReplyDeleteWala nman kwenta pinag gagawa nito
