Apparently so, or may express lane pag mayaman ka.. Yung tipong may resources ka to make a foundation or charity.. Though di ko minamaliit ang contribution nila by doing so, pero I think its kind of unfair for normal soldiers na nasa front line pag may gulo.. They could atleast just give Dingdong a medal or some kind of recognition- but a promotion to Lieutenant? That just simply shows, you can be anything with money. Sorry, I may not know the army policy about services & promotions- but for me as a normal citizen this is a screaming unbalances in our society..

The Philippine military is a joke. I'm sure Dingdong and his foundation have helped countless Filipinos and he deserves all praise. But imo the soldier who is in active duty, who is risking his life on the battlefield, should be the only one awarded a rank as high as that.
