Not feasible in pinas. Not enough middle class and foreign tourists to support such a huge theme park. Besides, there are already three Disneyland in Asia (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo) and are very close to pinas.

With regular inspection, modern fire resistant materials, fire detectors and automatic water sprinklers fires can be detected and controlled very early on, before it can do too much damage. I know because we do fire inspection every month at work as part of our health and safety inspection.
