No disrespect sa edad pero di na kaya ng katawan ng may edad ang diyeta, kumpara sa katawan ng bata pa siya. Iba na po ang katawan ng 52 vs 35. Plus diyan na din magsisimula ang hormonal changes due to menopausal. At pag kulang po ang nutrients na nakakain galing sa food, babagsak po immune system. Let thy food be thy medicine, let medicine be thy food.
Walang kwenta ang prayers kung di mo naman aalagaan ang katawan mo. Nasa Diyos ang awa, nasa tao pa din ang gawa. Panay hiling ng mga celebrity na to ng prayers kahit umaambon ng blessings. Bakit kaya hindi niyo ipagdasal na sana all din may ganyang work?

From my experience, if the dieting is starting to affect your health, it’s not worth it. Hindi naman nya kailangan maging slim, as long as ma achieve nya yung weight na tama for her body type, okay na yun. Mahirap kasi if you’re dieting purely for aesthetic reasons eh.
Bakit iba ang size nya dito sa pic na to and dun sa group pic nya with Juday and Regine? She couldn't have shrunk that much unless literally they hacked off a portion of her midsection. As for fatigue, ganyan talaga if you're on a diet - baka di pa sya sanay sa low caloric intake nya. Pwede din hindi balanced ang diet. But with her money, an unsupervised and unhealthy diet is inexcusable. Instead of asking for sympathy and prayers, maybe use common sense instead.
I started dieting last week of July 2019. My weight was 56 kilos at the age of 57 with the height of 4 "11". I combined keto and intermittent fasting which worked for me. I'm not eating for 16 hours and I have 8 hours to eat. In my meal I don't include rice, no sugar at all. I eat more protein giving foods, veggies and keto friendly fruits. Eggs are included in my daily meal at least 2 pieces. While doing intermittent fasting I drink water, green tea and black coffee. Then I do tummy exercise for 10 minutes, 3 times a day. I weight myself October 1st and I weigh 49 kilos. I lost 8 kilos. Tiyaga lang talaga.
@ 3:38 why would I get sick, when I'm eating healthy. I just removed the foods that contain sugar and carbohydrates which are not essential to our health. In fact it helped me being a person who undergone a knee arthroscopic surgery. The heavier I am, more pain it will bring on my knees. Besides with my height of 4 "11, if I won't lose weight eh para kong "putol n timba". Lol
Hmmm....wrong ka. Actually, Carbs fuel our body and our brain. That’s where we get our energy from. Proteins are mainly used to repair our muscles and organs by the body. Keto is bad for your kidneys and harsh on your other organs.
