In one of Greta's IG stories she reposted the comment that she paid for the hospital bill of their father. Kaya she has to guts to chide Marjorie and Julia. She could also have known about the house through their mom.
Reposting the comment doesn't mean she actually did. She might just be encouraging others to think that way. Perception matters. And given the fact that this family seems to only have pieces of the story the mom might be the same as well.

Ganyan tayong mga pilipino, kahit pamilya minsan alangan tayo manghingi ng tulong kapag alam natin na di natin mababayaran or hindi pababayaran nung nagbigay. Most likely ayaw tanggapin ng lolo/lola yung tulong sa ospital dahil sa apo nanggagaling which is a different dynamic compared sa kung anak ang nagooffer ng pera. It's possible na j used the house as a reason para hindi maghesitate na tanggapin yung financial support, but I don't think she intends to take the house away from the lolo tulad ng pinapalabas ni g. The girl has her own house and has to live in manila to work, and most likely welcome siya sa subic home ng lolo niya so she doesn't have to ask for it. It's also possible na for sale na yung bahay and J wanted to "purchase" it by paying the hospital bills so that it stays in the family at hindi mapunta sa ibang tao. C'mon, people may hate julia but undeniable na she supported her family at a young age, at na sila ng mga siblings niya genuine yung pagmamahal sa lolo nila. Si dani na bagong panganak created a whole tribute for their lolo, julia paid for his hospital bills, and yung leon ang may maturity na awatin ang rambulan sa lamay dahil sa harap pa ng coffin ng lolo nangyayari. Mga apo din ang nakatabi sa lolo nila at umiiyak sa lamay habang ang mga anak hindi na binigyan ng kahihiyan ang pamilya.
