Yeah yeah yeah. We get you. Ganyan dito sa Manila. Balik ka na sa isla atleast dun simple buhay walang food delivery at walang cleaners na paglolockan ka.
Kung credit card gamit you just need to email them and mababalik agad sayo yung kulang na sinasabi mo. Usually kala mo kulang pero wala na sila nung item and ang billing mo bawas narin dun sa item na kulang. If COD I think sa food panda wallet mo mababalik
Uy, too much money naman talaga ang 414. Pambili mo na yun ng food the next day or other necessities. Maybe Andi can afford pero hard earned money pa din no. And can you comprehend? Dahil sobra yung siningil wala siyang enough cash to pay para dun sa locksmith.

Pag dishonest,you need to call out the service.Hindi pwede na walang suklian or dayain ang consumers.Nakasulat naman talaga ang dapat mong bayaran.Its your call if you want to give a tip pero bayad na yan sila ng service provider.Ireklamo nyo ang delivery rider na hindi nagsusukli ng tama.
Hello?! If you gave the money on your own accord thats fine but money taken away from you without your consent is not ok kahit P5 pa yan. Hinihingi ko nga sukli ko kahit cents sa grocery. Imagine if they do that to thousand of customers thats a lot na eh mas mayaman pa cila kesa sakin noh?!
Maganda din ung isa, i actually prefer that one. LF mas mura minsan pero konti lang naman and palaging may coupons. Kaya ung natitipid sa delivery diretso na as tip ko sa ridera.
I do this. May tendency kasi ako mag overspend kapag alam kong may cash akong dala. So prefer kaunti lang cash sa wallet ko and mag withdraw if kailangan. Minsan kasi kapag marami bills sa wallet ko, yung di ko dapat bibilhin biglang kong mabibili. Kapag wala, usually tinatamad ako magwithdraw. Kanya kanya yan classmate. Di naman lahat may control tulad mo :)
Nope, walang patong si food panda except for the delivery fee. They get a huge cut from the total sales of the store. Sa case na to, kung kulang ang pagkain, ang store ang may kasalanan at hindi food panda. In case of mix-ups, yon, kasalanan ng food panda.

So dapat from the resto pa lang tama na ang order, neatly packed, etc. Tagapaghatid lang si rider that’s why I usually add a tip for them kasi most restos naman don’t charge a delivery fee lalo na dito sa min sa province

I’m not 1:49 pero same kami ng question. Di ba when you order nakalagay naman ang amount na babayaran mo? So bakit yun ang sinisisi nya kaya kulang pangbayad nya sa locksmith?
Nung inorder nya ba yon wala amount bakit sobra binayad nya? Sorry puyat lang at nalilito why sobra sinigil at bakit sya pumayag to pay that amount since cash naman yata used nya?
One time nagpadeliver ako ng coffee and bread from foodpanda. The coffee spilled inside the bag. Parang dinaanan ng bagyo yung paper bag. Basa yung sugar and tissue. Nakain ko pa rin naman yung bread though partially basa but still edible. So I sent a message sa customer service then they replied naman agad. Then nagreply ulit straight sa email na. I sent photos to prove my case. Within 24 hours after that last conversation, I got a "we're sorry voucher worth 350." What I'm trying to say here is if may complaint ka sa foodpanda, they reply naman agad. :)
My experience: i was able to order. After almost an hour FoodPanda cancelled my order because apparently, the address was suddenly "out of range". How was i able to order in the first place, only to get cancelled after almost an hour?
Sent a chat to customer support, sorry lang. They couldnt even explain it
Same!! Ganyan din nangyari samin. Sobrang tagal ng refund sa foodpanda to the point na dinelete nalang namin ung app, thank you nalang, sana ikayaman nila ung perang nakuha nila.
Pwede naman i-check ang items bago i-receive. Kung kulang ang items, wag i-receive so ang rider na ang bahalang magtatawag sa office nila. Lalo na kung cash, malaking kawalan sa kanila yun unlike online payments.
Minsan hindi rin kase, lalo na pag food, minsan di mo nman mabulatlat yun delivery kaya tiwala nlng tlga. I had the same experience dyan kaya I believe Andi.
i hope andi got a well-needed rest after that bad day. so far, wala ako naging problema sa food panda but ok din to know the experiences nung iba dito.
