I beg to disagree. She should have walked over to their accounting office and settle the issue. There can be so many Reasons why she did not get the money. In fact hindi sya sa host dapat lumapit. It should be from the show accountant. She could be marked paid in their books but someone else could have taken the money. Isa lang yan sa pwedeng nangyari.
I work at a big company and we have a big dept that handles payment for employees. Reg employees in our company experience no problems with payment. However, contractual employees experience countless problems with payments and the reasons varies; sometimes computer glitches, sometimes it's because their contract is not up yet, etc. Unless the employee tells us... we won't even know there was a problem. I wonder if Ethel had directly gone to the accounting dept of the company or if she was just waiting for a payment?

Do you work for a company? I can tell you it's not as easy as you say. It's not black and white. So many check and balances are in place to ensure that someone gets paid but this check and balances are also reasons for delays or non-payment (because sometimes, unless someone points it out, an error may have occurred and it resulted in someone not getting paid). People who are not getting their pay... need to tell the department... so they can figure out where the error had happened because this... especially for contractual employees... who gets paid per activity, and are not regular... often happens.
Isn't it that she is a good friend of Vice Ganda? Why didn't she just talk this out with her friend instead on the socmed? She maybe a good comedian but we will be seeing her on TV very much less or none at all.

The fact she had to post her grievance on social media proves ABS is wrong! If she got paid she wouldn’t have done it! Simple as that! ABS has been in the business for over 50 years now, they know how these things work! If a talent provides their service, you pay them!
