Actually grls, ok naman sana ang exercise as long as with moderation. Sa 2nd baby ko i tried to be physically fit. May go signal naman ng OB. Pero ang nangyari yung baby ko ang bilis bumaba! So around 6 months pa lang nahirapan na ako maglakad kasi bumubuka buka ung cervix ko. So lesson learned tlaga na kahit pinayagan ng doctor, hindi ibig sbhin go lng ng go. Partida ung exercises ko nun ang mild pa. Kaya iba pa rin mag ingat.
12:32 Hindi naman lahat kagaya mo na walang ka arte arte sa katawan at hindi conscious i-maintain ang katawan at itsura. Nowadays noh, bihira na ang mga kagaya mo na once mabuntis eh nagpapaka losyang na.
Nanganak ako last yr at before mabuntis, adik adik ako sa workout. Tipong 80min sa elliptical trainer. At sabi sabi ng doctor ko ok lang magwork out kahit preggy kasi kung sanay ka na magwork out before mabuntis, walang prob, sanay na body mo. Kaso nga lang ako yung mismo ang naggive up sa workout kasi antok ako parati at gusto ko lang magpahinga. But yeah, nothing wrong with working out kung ginagawa mo na yan regularly.
Not because active ka na before pregnancy then the Doctor will already allow you to do strenuous activities. It is because of the condition of your placenta. Still need to consult the OB Gyne. Because even when you used to be active but during conception you develop a low lying placenta (something to do with previous surgeries involving uterus, and other many risks) then you are at high risk of any form of abortion. #DoctorHere

Sanay naman kasi ang katawan ni solenn sa regular workouts so it will not be a problem lalo na approved ng OB nya. Wag lang nating gayahing mga couch potatoes na baka pag nagbuntis tayo e tsaka mag uumpisa ding magwork out. 😁

My OB always said when I was pregnant that if you were active before pregnancy, you can continue exercise with precautions; it’s not the time to start a new workout routine or anything though. Exercise, especially yoga, will help the body during labor too. So, go Solenn, keep exercising :)
Ok yan pag marami ka time at pera. Pero kung buntis ka at kailangan mo mag trabaho from 8 to 5. Minsan overtime pa. Pag uwi mag luto at alaga pa mga bata. Wala na time work out work out. Eto ang realidad ng buhay.

That's very true. Exercise helps a lot specially if your blood sugar is high. Some women had gestational diabetes and exercise before and/after meal would lower the blood sugar.
There's no issue working out while pregnant. I'm sure her OB advised her which work out or exercises are safe for her and her baby. Sure thing too that she discussed this as well with her trainer.
And for 12:32, there's nothing wrong wanting to be in good shape even during pregnancy. Tell your views to flight crews who comes back to work 6mo after giving birth. These people need to fit in their uniforms pre-pregnancy. Or to athletes who need to maintain some weight so that they can play well. I don't want to know what will you say to ballerinas. 🤦♀️

First time mom din kasi. Matigas pa ang belly muscles niya kaya napipigil pa ang paglaki. Pag nagsecond or third baby na niya, mas mabilis lumaki tiyan niya kahit first trimester kasi flexible na yung tummy muscles niya.
857 ganyan talaga pagpayat (nageexercise pa) at first time mom. Akin nga mga 7 or 8mos na talaga lumaki. Sobrang laki na kala mo twins pero up until seven mos ang liit mg tyan ko. Nag tshirt at jeans pa ako. Lol
I did prenatal yoga on my 1st trimester pero very light lng kc starter lng aq and i think it helped me to deliver the baby easily plus walking though uphill walking ginawa ko lang nung due date ko na para bumaba na c baby. I gave birth only 30 minutes without even contraction, parang nagtatumbling lng c baby sa loob pero lalabas na pala c baby,mind you 35 na aq.
Active talaga lifestyle ni solenn since dati pa and continuing exercise even during pregnancy is ok. Sya na mismo nagsabi about asking your OBs.
