Puro positive yung reviews nakakatuwa. And for a first time pairing ang laki ng kinita ha! Congrats sa bumubuo ng movie. Hindi na lang kasi to kathniel at aldub, gusto ng masa yung movie kasi ang ganda din talaga.

I watched a first screening at 2PM in a high end mall and it was full. There’s no doubt about it, this movie is a blockbuster and rightfully so deserving.

Intelligent viewers don’t rely on love teams. Kathryn is brilliant. Alden is a revelation. Sorry I’ve never watched him until now. These two actors have proven that they can stand on their own. Let’s give it to them. The movie is beautiful.
Last night, I was skeptical when I entered the cinema with my friends. I assumed there's no chemistry between the two leads and Alden will just be pa-cute throughout the movie. I was proven so wrong. They were both brilliant actors, especially Kathryn. Kilig is felt but without sacrificing substance. Cinematography is good. The glimpse into the lives of our OFWs were touching and painful. Overall, a very good movie!
Magaling si Kathryn. At very happy for Alden na nashowcase galing din nya. Umaapaw chemistry ng dalawa. Iba kilig at hiyawan sa sinehan! Wanna watch it again ugh
I’ll watch this again! This movie was everything I’ve been waiting for in a Filipino film and it delivered. Great storyline, talented director, amazing actors.

It is refreshing to see a loveteam breaking out of the mold to allow artistic growth, like Kathryn and Daniel. It is also welcoming to see other capable actors, like Alden, break into mainstream. JLC, Piolo etc
This movie was so good. Ethan and Joy were so refreshing to watch. At last, the media portrayed a healthy, normal relationship that people should strive for. There’s no romanticism of toxic relationships or dysfunctional relationships here. And the script was so raw and the acting very natural and subtle but hits you so hard. Can’t get enough of the movie! About time we have something like this from the local industry.

This movie thugs the heart from start to finish. It’s not just the love story it’s the plight of our OFWs. I’m not a Kathryn fan nor an Alden fan. After this movie, still not a Kathryn fan tho she’s a brilliant actress. But now, I love Alden with a passion and I hope he makes more Star Cinema movies.

Lol no he hasn’t. He has to win awards and have more successful solo films. This is his first succesful film and let’s be honest he can’t be credited for it, people mostly watched it cuz it’s Kathryn (she has a huge fanbase), very relatable story line, it’s a SC x cgm film, and a strong support cast (maymay has a fanbase as well).
It was my first time to watch Kathryn and magaling nga sya. I am so happy for Alden especially yung mga narinig ko palabas ng sinehan na ang guwapo pala ni Alden. Made my fangirl heart so happy.

ReplyDeleteThis movie thugs the heart from start to finish. It’s not just the love story it’s the plight of our OFWs. I’m not a Kathryn fan nor an Alden fan. After this movie, still not a Kathryn fan tho she’s a brilliant actress. But now, I love Alden with a passion and I hope he makes more Star Cinema movies.

ReplyDeleteLol no he hasn’t. He has to win awards and have more successful solo films. This is his first succesful film and let’s be honest he can’t be credited for it, people mostly watched it cuz it’s Kathryn (she has a huge fanbase), very relatable story line, it’s a SC x cgm film, and a strong support cast (maymay has a fanbase as well).

I was addicted to Aldub but it got toxic so i went back to being just an Alden fan. im just so happy for him because of this movie. DeleteKayang gawin ng Star Cinema na mag blockbuster ang lahat ng pelikulang gagawin nila basta FAIR lang sana sila sa lahat ng Artista nila. Sana kahit hindi KathNiel ang bida, ganyan din ang support ng Management, ng Adprom. Or ganyang kagandang plot/stories ang ibibigay nila sa ibang Artista nila. Obvious kasi na yung mga paborito lang ang nakakatikim ng ganyang treatment. Play it fair please.

Delete1:23 agree! If SC would put in the same effort that they put into Kathniels’ movies, into all the movies they do, they probably would rarely have any flops. It’s obvious Kathniel gets the best stories, directors and a lot of effort put into promotion. Eventually people are going tog eat tired of seeing them in the same old movie plots, so SC should really start building up other new artists!
