I have seen similar homes with thatched roofs in a Bali, Indonesia resort. Most resorts there have the same roof to blend with their surroundings. Andi's house most likely is one story but with a very high ceiling. Love the house. It's a perfect island home.
@1:20 wala kang ideya about construction materials, kaya sya pawid kasi tabing dagat sila, kapag yero yan, wala pang isang taon kakalawangin na yun. Magastos at di environmentally friendly. Malamig ang pawid, ngayon pa na sobrang init na ng pinas. At malay mo ba, may sheet lining yang bubong for added durability...wag kuda ng kuda. For sure napag planohan mg maige yan at may architect yan. Wag kang assumera.
Why do pinoys build their houses so close to the road? It makes no sense. It’s not only dangerous, there’s also too much traffic noise and exhaust pollution from the cars passing bye. Most homes here are built just a few feet from major roads. It’s insane.
I love her lifestyle. Kakaiba. Aminin, marami tayong may dream na ganyan. She should do more blogs. Iteresting buhay na simple. They can promote simple , healthy, active lifestyle, in tune with nature and love for environment.
I love the roof. Kasi mas eco friendly at pag binagyo, uou can just change them. Tropical na tropical. I thought wooden ang elements ng wall. Im excited to see the finished house. Sana may house tour
Muka naman they’ve got the money sana lang ginawa na nilang weather proof yung house esp the roofing part.
ReplyDeletehintayin mo muna matapos. obviously di yan ang final roof considering malakas ang hangin doon.
DeleteBaka di masyadong daanan ng bagyp ang siargao?

Delete2:26, you make no sense. That is clearly a two story house, just based on the arrangement of the windows.
