She's basically saying that even if she post pictures in her bikini it shouldn't generate much attention cause there are much more relevant topics than her photo. Not her problem if you have comprehension issue.
Why post something and want people to think or say otherwise? Do you post pictures of your food and say dont say a word about this food, because there are more other relevant things to talk about. DUH?? Then why post?
Haaaay, reading compre fail ka 12:56. Personal ig nya kasi yan, teh. Dinivert nya na nga attention from her pic to more substantial things, may nasasabi pa rin
Di naman sya celebrity right? Sana kasi she keeps her account private to close family and friends lang para all praises lang whatever she want to post.
Dear, that’s not your call to make. Don’t impose your viewpoints on people. People have different preferences with regards to how they’d like their skin to look, which is perfectly fine. You just really have to respect people’s choices.
I mean the only reason you buy skin whitening products is because colonial mentality has made you believe that having fair skin is superior, makes you look “clean”, and makes you more beautiful. It’s not a matter of ‘preference’ to change your natural skin color using artificial means. You just feed into the colonial mentality that your natural tan Filipino skin is less beautiful than fair skin. And no it’s not the same as caucasians with fair skin wanting to tan their skin. They don’t think being tan makes them superior or more beautiful than a person that is fairer, as Filipinos who bleach their skin do when they compare themselves to people that are now darker than them. They also don’t use artificial products such as bleaching products to achieve these results. They literally walk around outside, sit outside, or lay outside to achieve a natural change in their skin color because of the sun’s UV rays. The difference between the two is in the mentality of wanting fair skin to be superior and “more beautiful” and wanting tanner skin for the sake of looking more lively, and they don’t think their fair skin is of less worth than their tan skin, whereas Filipinos do think having darker skin is less worthy than fair skin. That is her issue with whitening products.
I think what she's trying to say is that since bikini posts get more attention, she might as well use the attention to spread her advocacies. Just like on Twitter, when a tweet is trending the original poster usually creates a subtweet na usually call-for-action such as IG/Youtube followback or link to donate to charity.
Lol frankie, wag kame. Magaling ka lang magenglish ka nakakapagpost ka ng sarili (but still irrelevant) na captions. Kung gusto mo idivert ang attention, make your IG private, di ka pagkakaguluhan.
