Not necessarily you have to be well off to get your own house and lot. Need lang ng financial planning. Kami ni hubby poorita, working student and breadwinner pa. pero I told him bago kami magpakasal dapat may bahay na. Kay kahit kapos, pinaglaanan namin makakuha ng bahay nun single pa kami. Kasi once nagkaanak na, mas mahirap kumuha dahil sa mga bata mapupunta ang budget. Better talaga bago mag settle down established na kayo. Sa atin kasi madami unplanned marriages, nag aasawa dahil nabuntis, wala ipon, ipapangutang pa ipang kakasal etc. Starting in the wrong foot sa pagppamilya tuloy.
