I don’t think she’s being ungrateful. She’s just hurt that despite what she has accomplished now, some people use her past character (in a movie at that )to put her down.
She should just accept the fact na that movie will haunt her til the end. It is part of her. Embrace it girl. You are very brave for accepting a role like that. You are working hard for your dreams. Stop thinking about your regrets and think more about your dreams in life and achieve it.

If she knew it would be used against her now to demean her as a person is what she was referring to. Her career is starting to rise and with those photos or videos from her movie could possibly ruin this chance, also affect her personal life. If she knew this would happen back then she would not have done it.

Lorna T, Rio Locsin, Jacklyn Jose, sylvia Sanchez to name a few started with a sexy image pero look at where they are now, may mga acting awards sila. Hoping Yam will be the same, she is a good actress.
