OA naman ang reaction sa post ni 11:53. He/she is right to be concerned primarily because due to our location, maraming bagyo na tumatama sa pinas. The elements + insects like termites really do harm houses made of wood, kaya sobrang high maintenance, i heard u have to treat it like every 10 years, and that’s if walang termites. Pag may termites, good luck na lang, although it’s really lovely, it’s impractical. Although since he’s a millionaire, he probably can afford it anyways.
12:25, hindi nega tawag diyan. Realistic lang si 11:53. Yung bahay namin nagkaroon ng termite and I think tinamaan ang foundation kaya no choice kami kundi but to demolish and rebuild
8:41 hahahahaha dahlin' if you have no money, that is going really to be a problem. research din about house/pest treatment in recent years bago kumuda. kakakalukaaaa
May roll up cover yata yan. Madaming available material para dyan. Besides, isang portion lng nman ng bahsy yan. We haven't seen the entirety of it. Kaya, abang muna.
Ang ganda. Love the design, very warm. Pero dito sa Pinas, mahalagang consideration ang security and mga calamities like bagyo. But I am sure they considered that when building this house. Very nice talaga :)
The kind of design I would also love to have for my future home! Kaya lang afraid ako of the anay and baka bulukin?
ReplyDeleteAng nega mo
DeleteYou should be more afraid about your ignorance because you know nothing about termite control/treatment.
DeleteTrue.
DeleteAng daming corners.Sure ang nakatira rito is a guy---Architect Basha

rest house ata
DeleteGanyan bet ko sa house ko someday. Very open. Puro salamin. Ang sarap tumira sa ganyan.
ReplyDeletePag me bagyo pakiupdate kumusta mga ganyang design.
Delete12:45 Basta matibay pagkakagawa, walang problema.
Considering the heat sa pinas then puro glass bahay mo.. Ang init!
DeleteMay pangaircon ang kuya mo besh.
DeleteMay tinatawag tayong curtain bes @ 6:41
DeleteMay pinaghahandaan na talaga si Mr. Marudo. ❤️
ReplyDeleteOld age or retirement?
DeletePwede both 1:37 😁
DeleteI think gusto nya na lumagay sa tahimik soon... napanood ko yung 1 interview nya sabi nya this year asawa na nya ang kasama nya sa SMB.
DeleteMukhang mag aasawa na
ReplyDeleteHow do you protect the home from storms?? Just asking. It’s open and i don’t see any walls.
ReplyDeleteAlam ng engr at architect nya yan don't worry ☺

ReplyDeleteParang always ka on vacation at home. Super like!
ReplyDeleteLove it!!! I love this house design din. Natural and open.
ReplyDeleteBatangas ba yan?
