Only in Pinas lang naman ang required na citizen ka para makabili ng real estate. Kaya nagpa dual talaga ako last year para naman may property ako sa Pinas under my name.

I would say any property you own outside of your permanent residence is considered taxable. Kahit dito sa Canada if you have properties elsewhere you have to declare it
Houses in the US tend to look similar especially those within the same area. Reason is, people rarely build their own houses there. They buy the houses gawa na sila and then just move in.

yeah, in the US depende sa developer ang ichura ng bahay, at depende sa location ang kamahalan ng bahay. Mura lang mag invest doon kung may mga milyon ka hindi sing mahal tulad sa Pilipinas.
Maganda mamili ng bahay ngayon dito madmaing foreclosed na pinapa auction ng mura. I know a celebrity couple diyan sa Pinas who bough foreclosed house and sobrang nakatipid sila.
correct, at maganda mag invest ngayon sa mga murang real estate sa US lalo na sa Nevada, Kinumpara namin ang mga ibang bahay, dito sa Pilipinas mas mahal pa. Kumbaga halaga ng condo dito, isang bahay na sa Nevada.
Grabe ka.financial rewarding talaga ng showbiz oh. Itong batang ito wala namang regular shows or bb movies man lang yet nakabili ng magandang house sa US pa. Eh di how much more ang big stars. Haay how lucky they are din naman
