I like Eric Matti’s films OTJ and HTF. These too films has really raised the standards in Pinoy films (for me). Pero kapag tumalak na siya sa socmed, nakakaturn off. I mean, you don’t have to demand anyone to watch your movie or any Pinoy movies for that matter. Hindi naman kasi majority gusto ang gawa mo. Your movies are appealing on certain groups. Kaya yang mga ganyang parinig mo, sana tigilan mo na. Just make more interesting and quality movies. Hindi pa naman nauubos ang mga taong gusto ng kalidad at kumplikadong pelikula. Andito pa ako direk.

I saw the trailer of that movie Ulan sa trailer palang makikita mo di kaengaeganyong panoorin. I know it will be a Flop movie. Nagsayang lang ang Viva to produce this kind of movie pati yung artista walang dating sa screen.
Baks trailer pa lang yon. At kung bias kayo sa lead di nyo talaga bibigyan ng chance yon movie. Nabox na kasi tayo sa norms, kaya for me refreshing yon ulan, weird sya at ambitious yon director pero ok naman sa akin kasi intellectually engaging sya.

Pero kung hindi at mediocre and weird, eh bakit nga naman susuportahan? Hindi ba kayo nagiisip? Support GOOD LOCAL FILMS. Ulan may be “okay”, but it’s not good.
He hasn’t watched it as he claimed. So how can he say it’s mediocre? At least Roger Ebert watches the films first, no matter how bad they seem, before passing any judgment.
