They should find a way to seize the suspect’s computer or cellphone or whatever gadget he is using so that they can conduct a forensic investigation of such unit/s to determine absolutely if he is the perpetrator. His computer will show investigators his electronic footprint (which websites he’s gone to, for how long he was there, what he did/write/download, etc...). Hopefully, Sunshine wouldn’t have to file a lawsuit in order to get a subpoena for the suspect’s computer/cellphone, etc...sana meron power of attorney ang NBI to act of such cybercrime complaints especially the crime was committed against a minor. This is a good case to use to test the strength or weakness of the Cybercrime Law our country has.
