Di yan ang issue sa post na to. You should be happy to know na someone as young as Joshua eh nakaipon at nakabili ng sarili nyang house. Others his age are not as mature
Congratulations on this achievement at a very young. Same kayo ni Julia. I don't know you kids personally, but that doesn't stop me from being proud of you.
Bird mo yan bata pa maka pundar na ng bahayππ di tulad ng iba kung hindi pa naka pangasawa na corrupt na politiko walang pang bahay πππlahat instant dibaππππ
Happy for Josh. I know where he lived before sa QC. Proud of him na nagbunga na yung dati eh pangarap pa Lang niya sa pamilya niya. Pinag-aaral din niya yung ate niya. Kudos!
and wala sa kanya ang aura ng yabang. i think hes grounded and grateful for his blessings.. ganun din nafefeel ko kay Julia maarte siya in a way of speaking but she has a good heart. i dont really get the hate sa dalawa.. just let them work
Kadalasan kasi if you leave it up to the real estate company, sub-standard ang materials and finish ng bahay (lalo na kung hindi naman high end real estate company).
Nakakabilib talaga yung mga batang artista na mas inuuna ang pag-iinvest sa real property like a house or condo than splurging on other stuff, tapos tumutulong sa mga kapamilya. Better to invest in real estate kasi mas nag aappreciate ang value over time. His hard work is slowly but surely paying off. Joshua really fits the role of The Good Son. Congrats!
Reel but real vibe pa din
