ReplyDeleteParang mas magaling pa mga Filipino designers. I think yung mga fashion connoisseurs in the Philippines tend to praise Hollywood fashion a lot just because it’s “hollywood”. But if you were to be objective and not overly critical, mas ok yung gawa ng Filipinos. Just my opinion ✌️

DeleteAy salamat, di lang ako ang nag-iisip ng ganyan! Apir classmates! Siguro mas pulido lang ang gawa ng mga fashion house o mas maganda ang material, pero yung iba kasi, mala-sagala o prom lang ang gown. Walang extra something something to justify the hefty tag price.

Try to see the Haute Couture fashion here para malaman mo. When I saw this parang mas magaganda pa yung gawa ni Francis Libiran, Bumgarner and Rajo Laurel dito. Hindi pageantry designs level ang hinahanap sa mga suot ng Hollywood stars na yan. Boring is the term here. And classic doesn't mean boring.
