Fo example, a child who is homosexual stole money because a male friend who is his crush told him to. Most young member of an lgbtq would seek acceptance and approval kahit pa nga ikapahamak nila. Kaya for me ok lang na isama nila as a separate group.

And kung dahil bata pa sila, ibang tao ang nagfill out ng form nila, how can you say na tama ang judgment ng nagfillout. Di naman halata un tulad ng kung babae or lalaki ung bata. It’s what the person odentifies he or she is.
Data like this should be made publicly available all the time and not only when requested by high ranking officials. In that way, the public can be more informed when we form opinions (or when we vote!!)
Gender is men/women/trans and whatever else they feel like it. But Sex is female/male.Sogie should be in the gender category not sex. Sex is biology gender is whatever they identify with based on feelings.
Teka paano na-determine ng kumuha ng data kung SOGIE yung bata o hindi? Sa itsura? Pilit pinaamin? O yung ibang tao nag-determine for them? Nangangamoy kabalbalan na naman yan.
That's what makes this data unreliable since there are no forms yet that asks your sexual orientation moreso for data based on juvenile misconducts. It is quite alarming and concerning that juvenile delinquency is being attributed to a person's sexual orientation/preference.
