i think they included Pia for publicity purposes. she have local and international following (arguably) being the former Ms. universe. so may ingay ang arts ng PH.

Delusional fans think Pia has a powerful influence internationally eh majority naman ng followers nya sa ig mga pinoy, kokonti lang ang nagko-comment na foreigner and also, HOW TF CAN YOU CLAIM SHE WAS PICKED BECAUSE OF INTERNATIONAL PR WHE SHE CAN'T EVEN LAND A SINGLE CAMEO ROLE IN HOLLYWOOD? NCCA officials must be diehard fans of Pia for giving her an award that she does NOT deserve in a million, billion, trillion years... actually for all eternity!
