Wrong! Surrogate mother lang yung Lisa because the eggs will be harvested from Aiza. They couldn’t put Lisa as the mother unless, she would adopt the child from Aiza otherwise it’s fraud and illegal.
It’s not so bad. I know guys who have hadto adopt their own biological child/children because they married their girlfriends after one or even three kids after. 3 to 5 years is not such a long time. Yung nga lang Aiza should really consider the legal adoption route in case the marriage dies nit work out

If Aiza wants to have a legal right to that child, her only option is adoption. Complicated nga lang because of their situation. If she adopts that child, si Liza naman yung mawawalan ng right sa child na yon since hindi naman kinikilala ng Pilipinas yung marriage nila.
1:39, pwedeng hindi ilagay yung name ng sperm donor sa birth certificate. Walang problem doon. When the Philippine laws were made, wala pa naman IVF that time so walang laws about surrogacy. Even if Aiza’s egg cells were used, name ni Liza yung lalabas sa birth certificate dahil siya yung nanganak.
She's claiming she is a guy pero galing sa kanya ang eggs na inject kay Liza. Hahaha! Dad aiza paano nangyari yun e wala naman eggs ang tatay. So isang nanay ka parin dad!
Di naman kailangan ng labels na dapat sya yung guy kaya daddy sya .ang importante mamahalin nila magiging anak nila..at nagmamahalan din sila..its i their life as long as wala silang tinatapakan na Iba.

DeleteKung sa US manganganak, may "right" sya. Kasal sila sa US (legal). I think dual citizen si Liza sa US kaya pwede parehong name nila sa birthcert.
