honestly, after reading this, napa google ako kung sino siya, di ko din kilala, matagal na akong di nanonood ng tv kasi.. so siya pala yung nag trending weeks ago dahil sa movie nila ni angel.
@11:43 never say “hoy ARTISTA ka lang”.. it’s like saying... “HOY ABOGADO KA LANG” or “HOY NURSE KA LANG”... being an artista is still a decent job... in Labrusca’s case.. he took advantage of being an artista.. being an artista doesnt speak or doesnt justify his being rude or pagiging walang modo.. his rudeness represents his whole being.. be it from his upbringing or just by being him. So it is totally on him.. not being an artista made him like that. But honestly he deserved all the bashing.
If he was abroad doing his arrogant spiel, he would have been apprehended by the immigration officers. Strict rules apply regardless of your status as a celebrity.
Feeling niya sikat na talaga siya? Glorious lang naman ang first hit niya.
Pinoy artistas should be reminded that not all fellow Pinoys are updated in showbiz ganap. If not for FP here, I would not also have been aware of showbiz artistas sa totoo lang.
Hope local artistas stop assuming that they are sikat and entitled in piblic. Kaloka! Haha!
Well, some folks raise their kids as if everything is for their taking and everyone comes to their bidding. Generation of brats and meltdowns, you know? So even if I am against the invasiveness of social media and how some use their mobiles with cameras, I can welcome some good that come from using those, i.e. what you should make sure your kids would never behave like later on.
They follow rules.
true, maski tourist mapa European countries, US , Australia, they are very strict. So we have to do the same. Strict rules.
Ammm!hello educate yourself first!30 days lang talaga ang visa for foreigners then you need to apply for extension and pay!minsan makareklamo lang eh no?!!buti kung May work visa ka!
sumbemerge to the deepest sea level sa paghanga ang peg ko ngayon sayo Tony Labrusca. Nakakahiya at nakakaturn-off ginawa mo. Di mo kailangang sumigaw o magcurse. Madala yan sa mabuting usapan eh. Respeto sa isa't isa ang kailangan.
From the very start I never like this guy. Not sure bakit to hina hype eh chaka naman pagmumukha. And bakit nga sya nakakapag work kung tourist visa lang? And bakit ngayon lang sya sinita eh ang dami na nyang nilabsang teleseryes and movies?
10:51, I didn't know his face, though the name's familiar. So I checked him on Google and...I must agree with 10:43. Sorry, he may not just be everybody's type of guy.
1051 Tony’s not chaka, but he doesn’t have that lingon factor... he’s average duhhh... What’s the fuzz about him ba?? Yung paglaplap nya? Yung abs nya??
ABS cramming to process his work visa. Lagot, no proper visa means company’s neck is on the line for hiring aliens. Glorious star deleted his tweet, realized his mistake a minute too late.
buti nga binigyan ka pa ng 30 days dapat sayo blacklisted na kasi you violated the terms of your tourist visa by getting yourself employed and paid in millions without even paying a cent for tax. glorious no more.
Were you born here po? Kasi yung cousin ko 1 year din ang binigay sa kanya tingin namin kasi she was born here.
Bibigyan ka ng 1 year (balikbayan visa) if you are former PH citizen or you are travelling with spouse/parent na balikbayan ( former citizen). Kaya treated as foreigner sya at hndi balikbayan.
Maybe balikbayan visa hinihingi nya, tapos hindi inallow ng immigration because ang purpose nya is to work here, so baka nirerequire sya ng work visa tapos hindi nya maibigay yung requirement. And considering wala sya work visa definitely he's not paying any taxes here.
Based sa post mo, I’m guessing former Filipino ka. Siya on the other hand, born abroad, never naging Filipino (officially) so hindi siya magfall under balikbayan (1year) stay.
Pwede sya maka avail ng 1year stay as balikbayan if kasabay nya ang mama nya dumating, it doesn't matter kung US citizen din yung mama nya as long as dito pinanganak o a former filipino citizen. Magagrant yung 1 year stay. Eh eto feeling entitled na wlang alam at feeling sikat wla nman palang permit to work kaya wlang tax na binabayaran. In short, hambog lang, wla nmang ambag sa ating bayan.
Sa Pinas ka naman yata pinanganak hano. Sya dito sa US. So I asked the IO and she said na para sa mga former Filipinos daw yon.
Nakakadismaya nman. I had pic with him before nung wala pa yung glorious, he was approachable and kind nman dahil he granted my request.
Kung hindi nyo na witness ang incident, shut up muna until you here all sides please.
I'm sure he has his side to his story, but gotta side against him on this one. I'm Canadian born with Filipino parents and have always travelled to Philippines alone. Every time I book a ticket with an agency I'm asked if I plan to extend my stay. This shouldn't be new info for him. Too bad his attitude got in the way. Entitled much?
Something is not right here. I highly doubt the legal team of ABS CBN missed that part that he holds a tourist visa when they signed him. However, if they really missed this, then ABS should also held liable for unauthorized employment of an alien.
I knew something was off with him.he landed on leading roles too soon to doing it without a sponsor humm now de know he is working illegaly and has a rotten attidude .
Based on the immigration officers' version, they were merely doing their duties. They enjoy the presumption that official duties have been regularly performed. Inaapply yun.
Ok lang mag-assert kung nasa tama ka, legally kaso you seemed to act like a d-bag.
Daming foreigners din who stay in the Philippines for 3 months. Bakit sya 30 days? Kahit ang US, tourist visa lasts for 6 months.
Residency period is discretionary to an officer.
12:47 30 days ang allowed kasi they never secure a visa before coming to the Philippines right? Eh kung tayo papasok sa bansa nila sandamakmak na papeles ang kailangan bago tayo makakuha ng visa and we paid for it. Kaya tama lng 30 days Lang allowed for them. If they want to extend they need to pay for extension.
12:47, foreigners like US citizens are initially given 30 days upon arrival (they don't need a visa prior to travel to the Philippines). If they want to extend, they will have to apply for it while they're in PH.
Kung ako si Tony, ask for a lawyer from abs since sila ang mga employers mo. Let the lawyers do the talking instead.
What more if super sikat at ka level na nila piolo, jericho etc..... habang maaga pa putulan na yan ng sungay! Banned!
Lol @ "I don't even know who you are" reply-- whether it's true or pambara lang siya, it's one of those clever ways to burn those feeling sikat and entitled people
2:04 true yan. sa job ko, may times na na-encounter ko mga artista pero kebs ako sa kanila. i would pause to admire if maganda or pogi pero di yung matataranta or treat them differently.
Buti nga nabigyan ka pa ng 30-day visa. Kung ibang immigration officer natapat sa yo baka na-deport ka for your rude behavior. Mag-public apology ka na lang and take it as a lesson not to do it again.
Im a US Citizen and we are allowed naman kasi to stay here for one year, beyond that magbabayad ka na ng fees. I think that's what got him riled up. BUT the way he handled it was still wrong, you never mess with immigration officers kahit sang bansa ka pa and lastly, working here sans a working visa is another matter. Things are not looking good for Tony, sayang.
12:40 I assume you were born here. Hence, you’re a former Filipino citizen. This guy was born overseas, so he’s never had a Filipino citizenship. Afaik, he would’ve been granted one yr stay if he’s with either of his parents who has a balikbayan visa or a former Filipino citizen.
I’m a US citizen too and stop providing misleading info. The reason we are allowed to stay for a year is because we are former Filipinos. Its called balikabayan visa. He was not born in the Philippines so he was given a 30 day-visa. My US-born husband was only given 21 days when he went to the Phils alone.
Immigration website says this is only given if the said ‘foreigner’ is traveling w/ his parents who’re former Filipinos or are still Filipino citizens.
yung friend niyo po ba nakalagay na born in the philippines sa CAN passport niya? if yes, pati son and caucasian hubby damay na din sa 1 year stay niya coz traveling as a family.
I’m a canadian citizen and former Filipino citizen cos I was born and raised in the Phils. Only if former Filipino citizen ka kaya 1 yr visa ang binibigay. Kaya “Balikbayan” visa ang tawag. Eh hindi naman siya naging Filipino citizen.
So ibig sabihin nakakapagwork siya ng walang working visa? Bureau of immigration please investigate on this. Di ba to nalaman ng abs cbn?
Maybe he was granted working visa before since I doubt he'll be able to work with just a tourist visa. His working visa might have expired and he did not re-apply or he assumed it was automatic. Ignorance of the law excuses no one moreover a bad attitude will get you into more trouble than your ignorance. He has that vibe, same with his mother. They just know how to play the fans.
Nakakalusot at nagtatrabaho. Let us do the same thing, DEPORT.
“Canadian citizens using a Canadian passport may visit the Philippines without a visa for the purposes of business or tourism for one stay not exceeding thirty (30) days. Visits over this duration will require a visa.”
1:43 but if you're travelling with pinoy citizen parents, pinas born parents or proof of the parents born in pinas, immigration can give you 1 year free of stay.
Not only that, balikbayan visa is only applicable to former Filipino citizens. Never naman yata nging Filipino/dual ciitzen yang mayabang na yan. Akala siguro mabibigyan sya ng 1year balikbayan visa buti nga sayo tse!
2:29 kahit both parents are pinoys or were pinoy citizens, in need pa rin mag apply for dual citizenship ang junakis, hindi yan automatic kasi u will carry two passports whenever you leave the country if dual citizen. i.e. US and pinas passport.
Tony's parents. Please teach him good manners and to be humble. Celebrity...so what? Yung feiends and nka work nya, they will all say na he is a nice person. Sa kanila...oo.
I think he got it from the mother.
Hay nako naman, ignorance of the law is not an excuse, Tony. You should have known better. Kasi hindi mo na pwede itanong sa IRS if they can f*ckng understand your situation. Kakaloka ka.
Lahat naka-focus kay Tony, and yeah mali talaga ginawa niya. Pero as expected of any Philippine authority, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL sa pag-handle ng situation, pumatol at nag-post pa. So UNCLASSY. Anong pwedeng ikaso sa kanila for posting their client's name? Protected ba ang privacy natin?
WOW! just wow! yung anak ko nga ayaw pumila sa Phil passport holder or phil born kahit kasama ako kasi he's born dito sa US, sabi ko sa kanya, it's ok kasi he's travelling with me and I was born and raised in Phil. saka pa lang sya sumunod sa pila. Immigration gave him 1 year to stay, same sakin.
So tama pala ako.
Bec sa Phil Immigration Law, if more than 21 or 30 days ang duration ng stay mo, you need to apply for a visitor visa before you enter the Phils. If he was a former Filipino citizen naman, 1 yr BB visa free ang ibibigay sa kanya.
ok alam na natin na this boy violated laws ng pinas and being rude and all that. Pero yung immigration officer who posted her rant sa social media, is that even allowed? they need to release an official letter to reprimand Tony. Wala bang protocol about releasing statement sa immigration?
Which part did he ask for sympathy?

Delete12:47, foreigners like US citizens are initially given 30 days upon arrival (they don't need a visa prior to travel to the Philippines). If they want to extend, they will have to apply for it while they're in PH.
Kung ako si Tony, ask for a lawyer from abs since sila ang mga employers mo. Let the lawyers do the talking instead.
DeleteActually it should be 21 days lang 12.47.
Banned!
ReplyDeleteMore reason to stop giving him lead roles he don't deserve. He can't act. Tama sila. Just abs.
ReplyDeleteI just hit the jackpot with a sponsor and movie with a lot of darings scenes but he is a ham actor and has an attitude. The perfect starlet combo.
DeleteSorry tony di sila natinag ng glorious abs mo haha
ReplyDeleteWoah so paano siya nakakapag-work dito kung tourist visa lang pala siya?
ReplyDeleteNo working visa? Deport na ba ito?? Hahaha
ReplyDeleteYup never felt him..something was always off with him..And he has some nerve. Welcome to the nega club haha
ReplyDeleteLol @ "I don't even know who you are" reply-- whether it's true or pambara lang siya, it's one of those clever ways to burn those feeling sikat and entitled people
ReplyDeleteHe's a starlet. Of course most people wouldn't know who he is.
DeleteWhoa! Bad trip. Who's his handler?
ReplyDeleteButi nga nabigyan ka pa ng 30-day visa. Kung ibang immigration officer natapat sa yo baka na-deport ka for your rude behavior. Mag-public apology ka na lang and take it as a lesson not to do it again.
ReplyDeleteAY. masarap lang pala sa glorious. Ligwak na sa character irl.Lol. Nabuko tuloy na walang working visa. Lagot na.
ReplyDeleteThe question is "how he was able to work in this adult movie when he has only tourist visa?"
ReplyDeleteHala na buko tuloy na walang work permit.
DeleteIm a US Citizen and we are allowed naman kasi to stay here for one year, beyond that magbabayad ka na ng fees. I think that's what got him riled up. BUT the way he handled it was still wrong, you never mess with immigration officers kahit sang bansa ka pa and lastly, working here sans a working visa is another matter. Things are not looking good for Tony, sayang.
ReplyDelete12:40 I assume you were born here. Hence, you’re a former Filipino citizen. This guy was born overseas, so he’s never had a Filipino citizenship. Afaik, he would’ve been granted one yr stay if he’s with either of his parents who has a balikbayan visa or a former Filipino citizen.
Deletenakalagay po ba sa US passport niyo born in the philippines? if yes, pwede ka mag stay for a year. kay tony kasi hindi nakalagay na born in the phils.
DeleteI’m a US citizen too and stop providing misleading info. The reason we are allowed to stay for a year is because we are former Filipinos. Its called balikabayan visa. He was not born in the Philippines so he was given a 30 day-visa. My US-born husband was only given 21 days when he went to the Phils alone. So yung sabi mo na 1 year visa ng US citizen depende yon kung sa Pinas ka pinanganak.
Delete1:12 and 1:54 i see, thanks 👍
DeleteI'm 12:40
ReplyDeleteBalikbayan Visa is up to 1year kahit Canadian Citizen sya. The immigration officer gave my friend, her son and her caucasian hubby 1 year last year.
ReplyDeleteImmigration website says this is only given if the said ‘foreigner’ is traveling w/ his parents who’re former Filipinos or are still Filipino citizens.
Deleteyung friend niyo po ba nakalagay na born in the philippines sa CAN passport niya? if yes, pati son and caucasian hubby damay na din sa 1 year stay niya coz traveling as a family.
DeleteHe's not a former citizen and not accompanied by a former/dual citizen parent. So hindi sya pwede isyuhan ng balikbayan visa.
DeleteI’m a canadian citizen and former Filipino citizen cos I was born and raised in the Phils. Only if former Filipino citizen ka kaya 1 yr visa ang binibigay. Kaya “Balikbayan” visa ang tawag. Eh hindi naman siya naging Filipino citizen.
Delete2:14 if he travelled with parents that was born in the Philippines balikbayan din ang visa nya.
DeleteCanadian citizen ba siya from the very beggining?
Bureau of immigration please investigate on this. Di ba to nalaman ng abs cbn? Sila dapat nag asikaso dito
ReplyDeleteGanoon din Ang nangyari Kay Ariel Rivera. Just saying. Si Sam milby Kaya? Marami diyan...
ReplyDeleteThat's so true. Never mess with immigration officers.
ReplyDeleteJust abs. Just tongue. No manners. Just abs. Just tongue. No respect. LOL
ReplyDeleteVery well said haha just abs!
ReplyDeleteMaybe he was granted working visa before since I doubt he'll be able to work with just a tourist visa. His working visa might have expired and he did not re-apply or he assumed it was automatic. Ignorance of the law excuses no one moreover a bad attitude will get you into more trouble than your ignorance. He has that vibe, same with his mother. They just know how to play the fans.
ReplyDelete11:32 immigration officer will stamp your passport a balikbayan visa. You don't need to apply for it.
ReplyDeleteYour 15 minutes is over
Artista sya. Sikat sya kaya entitled daw sya sa gusto nya.
ReplyDeleteHad to Google who he was.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha
Nakakalusot at nagtatrabaho. Let us do the same thing, DEPORT.
ReplyDeleteTrue. We go thru their process. Gastos and patience.
Delete“Canadian citizens using a Canadian passport may visit the Philippines without a visa for the purposes of business or tourism for one stay not exceeding thirty (30) days. Visits over this duration will require a visa.”
ReplyDelete1:43 but if you're travelling with pinoy citizen parents, pinas born parents or proof of the parents born in pinas, immigration can give you 1 year free of stay.
DeleteNot only that, balikbayan visa is only applicable to former Filipino citizens. Never naman yata nging Filipino/dual ciitzen yang mayabang na yan. Akala siguro mabibigyan sya ng 1year balikbayan visa buti nga sayo tse!
ReplyDeleteakala ko dual yan considering that his father is a Filipino
Delete2:29 kahit both parents are pinoys or were pinoy citizens, in need pa rin mag apply for dual citizenship ang junakis, hindi yan automatic kasi u will carry two passports whenever you leave the country if dual citizen. i.e. US and pinas passport.
DeleteHindi nag-research ng visa requirement ng Pinas. Inuna ang pagpapa-abs. lol.
DeleteDeclare him persona non grata if he did that to the immigration officer. Let him feel the wrath of the legal system.
ReplyDeleteagree korek corrected by gora immig !!!
DeleteMukha nman talaga cyang mayabang!
ReplyDeleteTony's parents. Please teach him good manners and to be humble. Celebrity...so what? Yung feiends and nka work nya, they will all say na he is a nice person. Sa kanila...oo.
ReplyDeleteI think he got it from the mother.
DeleteIpa-deport yang US CITIZEN na yan at wala palang work permit!
Deport agad agad.
DeleteSis,he's Canadian. Lol
DeleteI don’t think he is a US citizen. He is Canadian citizen.
DeleteYikes. MAJOR TURN OFF
ReplyDeletepaki ayos ang status nito para maging clear sa publiko and abs should stop hiring talents who are not cleared by the BOI.
ReplyDeleteI dont even know who you are. Tama yung sagot ni maam. lol
ReplyDeleteHay nako naman, ignorance of the law is not an excuse, Tony. You should have known better. Kasi hindi mo na pwede itanong sa IRS if they can f*ckng understand your situation. Kakaloka ka.
ReplyDeleteLahat naka-focus kay Tony, and yeah mali talaga ginawa niya. Pero as expected of any Philippine authority, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL sa pag-handle ng situation, pumatol at nag-post pa. So UNCLASSY. Anong pwedeng ikaso sa kanila for posting their client's name? Protected ba ang privacy natin?
ReplyDeleteWOW! just wow! yung anak ko nga ayaw pumila sa Phil passport holder or phil born kahit kasama ako kasi he's born dito sa US, sabi ko sa kanya, it's ok kasi he's travelling with me and I was born and raised in Phil. saka pa lang sya sumunod sa pila.
WHAT A TURN OFF. i thought he was a good boy :(
ReplyDeleteAnd who is this guy?
ReplyDeleteok alam na natin na this boy violated laws ng pinas and being rude and all that. Pero yung immigration officer who posted her rant sa social media, is that even allowed? they need to release an official letter to reprimand Tony. Wala bang protocol about releasing statement sa immigration?
ReplyDeleteKudos to the immigration officers for doing their job AND doing it right. Just because you’re a celebrity doesn’t mean you get a hall pass.
ReplyDeleteLangaw sa ibabaw ng kalabaw mentality :)
ReplyDeleteI’m assuming may recasting na mangyayari sa TS mo bro.... if you already taped some episodes, killed off na lang character mo. He he
ReplyDeleteFilipino by blood parents niya , he can apply for Filipino citizenship or dual. Ayusin na lang para walang gulo.
ReplyDeleteIdeport na yan kung walang work visa!
ReplyDelete
