Not everyone realized the extent of what was troubling Promising Actor (PA). The public mostly based their perception of PA on what he posts, how he responds, and who he chooses to be with as uploaded in his social media accounts. Sometimes, he rants and even rudely answers relentless bashers. He would even have certain lapses in posing photos that would give him undue attention. Despite all the negative perceptions about him, his network believed in his capability.

For almost a year, the creative team of a network conceptualized and planned the flow of a project, which of course, had high expectations. Part of the planning is the careful choosing of the cast members, as a weak actor can ruin the whole project. PA was among those selected from the deep talent pool of the network. His role was not just that of an ordinary character,as his acting skills were bound to be tested in the project. Just as when things were doing well for his major project, sad news reached the network and thus, revisions had to be made to drop his character.

Allegedly after his incident, PA was taken to a rehab center to thresh out things. The medical professionals advised that PA needed personal help, as a repeat was highly possible. Thus, everything was dropped and the family kept silent. No confirmation nor denials were issued as official statements. When PA learned that his character was written out, his camp said that he became more depressed.

Showing that the management understood his predicament, the heads assured him of a project once he gets better and can work and handle the pressure. Even if the risks are high, as a similar incident might repeat, that word was the least the network can make to lessen PA’s disappointment. After all, the management made that promise earlier to another network talent, who took time to straighten out his priorities, and as soon as he was ready, the management made good on its commitment. Hence, PA has something to look forward to, that is, his eventual comeback.
