When Ormoc's mayor then before goma took over, there's no progress at all. It's a city but so way behind in terms of good infrastructure & all.Now, that Mayor Richard is standing as the father of Ormoc, everything is snowballing to a healthy , active & alive place to live with lots of opportunities for the people who need secure jobs..Maayo jod si Mayor kaayo & we're hoping for another term..
