    3. Cebu Pacific is still not improving their customer service and FA selection kasi.

      Parang impossible for them to hire FAs who's not doing good in performing their jobs. FAs are not about rampa on the runway kaya.

      As for customer service, is it hard to inform and/or reply to customers in a decent manner? A simple protocol lang naman.

    8. 1225 naman besh, mura nga pera pa rin yun, hindi naman mani bayad, currency naman so bakit ang service inconsiderate? wag naman kasi parang sinasabi mo ang consideration ay pwede lang sa maraming pera. respetuhin na natin isat-isa, mayan or mahirap para ikauunlad ng bayan.

    9. Kahit promo o piso fare o business class, I think ang serbisyo dapat maganda. Kahit karinderia o mamahaling restaurant. Yan problema satin eh, yung thinking na "mura o sale ko naman nakuha, okay lang ihampas ang maleta ko" ganun ba? Tinuruan ang FAs ng proper way to treat ppl, dapat pantay pantay. Cebupac o kahit anong business they should know how to give fair service.

    1. He probably means he liked their service before and recommended it to other people. Now, they are inconsiderate, therefore inconsistent ang quality.

  3. Inconsiderate agad? Hindi naman kasi lahat ng request pwdeng pagbigyan, di porket artista ka VIP kana. Ay di na kailangan ng recommendations from an artista ang ganyang kalaking airline company para magkaroon ng pasahero.

    2. Normal na reklamo naman yun kahit ako pag na cancel or na sched nagwawala lalo na kung isang malaking bagay mawawala dahil sa time na nawala, time is gold. And he has work to attend to hindi siya naka sakay ng tamang oras

  6. mas magugulat at magtataka ako kung positive ang feedback. pero yung mga nega feedback sa CebuPac eh normal nila yan.
    kaya ako never akong sumakay jan. kebs na kahit sa mejo expensive satisfied ka naman at stress free

    4. have you taken any local flights within the US? sa totoo lng di hamak na mas de kalibre at mas bago ang mga cebupac planes na nasakyan ko kesa dun sa ibang airlines within the US kaya dont under estimate cebupac's capacity of flying

    5. 2:12 ano naman mga domestic flights within dito sa US sinasabi mo na yan? Mga budget airlines ba like Frontier or Allegiant? Never ko pa kasi na encounter mga puddle jumpers dito sa US na like ng CebuPac.

    6. Mas bago @ 212? Ano mga eroplano jan sa Amerika mga DC-10 models pa din? Dahil yung sinundang model ng mga plane ng mga cebupac e yung old DC-10s.

  9. Dami ko rin reklamo sa Cebu Pac but I contibue to book for them kung sila pinakamura since wala nman ako extra budget. PEro I never rant in socmed kase alam ko naman ano klase services nila.

    2. Di nga consistent. Minsan ok sila, minsan hindi like what I've experienced before kaya hirap irecommend. Ikaw ang mapapahiya. May mga airlines, big or small consistent sa good service. Yan ang ibig nyang sabihin.

Unfair nung sinirain mo lang airline di man lang alam bkit. sana maisip ng ibang artista na pwede mkaapekto ito sa mga trabaho ng ating mga kababayan kpag nasira kumpanyang pinagtatrabahuhan nila. Wag nman mg stereotype o generalize kung kasalanan lang ng isa o kung pwede naman palampasin muna.

  14. Naku arjo, even if you dont recommend it people will still use cebupac. Dont delude yourself into thinking you have that much influence hijo.

    People will still want and need to travel and be practical at the same time.

  15. Please elaborate for us to understand. I really don't expect much from CebuPac but based from my flights with them I can say it is quite ok since we really don't have much option aside from PAL and sometimes Sea Air for domestic flights. Sure they can do better but for a budget fare and sometimes Piso fare promo, you really can't expect VIP treatment.

  16. Last na sakay namin ng hubby ko dyan nung nag overbook sila. Di napasakay hubby ko no choice tig isang seat na lang sa 2 sunod na flights so morning andon na ko husband ko hapon pa dumating. Magkaiba daw kasi flight binook namin at ginawa pa kaming tanga meron bang mag asawa na magkaiba time pupunta don. Kainis!

  17. Masama bang mag expect ng courtesy at consideration sa isang customer service pag piso fare ka? Saan na yung tinatawag na professionalism and humanity ng isang tao? Does it always equate with money? Pag nag complain ba customer ibig sabihin they are demanding for VIP treatment? Kaya tayong mga pinoy palubog eh.

  21. Karapatan ng bawat consumer na mag-reklamo kung hindi nila nakuha ang nai-pangako sa binayad nila. At hindi porket nagre-reklamo e ibig sabihin humihingi na nang VIP treatment. Kung kasama nman tlga sa binayaran mo yon e dapat ibigay sayo.

  23. We filipinos always settle for less. Just because its a piso fare or mas mura sya kumpara sa ibang airline eh ok na hindi maganda ung service or expect inconveniences or masanay kana. dapat hindi ganyan ang thinking, ke mura man yan o mahal i think they should all provide a good quality service. cebupac should improve.
