Totally agree with you. This honor is about talent and body of work. Kung contribution lang sa larangan ng sining, I can't think of anyone else, contemporary, who can surpass what Nora has achieved. She embodies a true artist. As a national artist, the genius and talent should be bigger than the person.

Kasi naman ateng lea... hindi lang yang mga binanggit mo ang kelangan... eh kung may history sya nang pag aadik noon mahihirapan talaga sya... may mas ibang deserving.
