I believe it only works in Hollywood where an actor/actress can take a hiatus, pursue things or raise a family, then come back and pick up where they left off. Here, it doesn't. Why? Because we have a youth-centered culture or youth mentality. Even nga sa ibang trabaho di ba, may age bracket lagi. While in Hollywood, as long as you're talented, the industry will still find you useful.
