@1230 and @203..Kahit 100 years olds pa sya, karapatan nyang gawin ang nais nya at i-post ang gusto nya in her own IG account. If you do not like what you see, simply scroll down and unfollow.
She should double check the source. It sounds like this is the equivalent in IG for a phishing email. If she clicked and verify account as mentioned, the phisher will get her credentials. That is how accounts get hacked.
