    2. hindi nyo naiintindihan yung mga may pinagdadaanan. Instead of judging them, tulungan. Sana kung nakakaranas ng depression humingi agad ng tulong sa mga doctor at kaanak para hindi mauwi sa masama.

  2. Yes depression and anxiety, dunno pero dumami na may issues na ganito just recently. I really wonder why.. or dati na meron pero di alam akala lungkot and nerbyos lang.

    1. Probably because of our unhealthy lifestyle. I came across with an article saying if we have gut imbalance, it can affect our mood and can lead to depression/ anxiety.

      Siguro kasi mas marami na ang nagbabahagi ng mga kwento nila, mga experience nila which very helpful for other people that also experience depression and anxiety. Hopefully mas maging bukas pa ang bawat isa tungkol sa kanilang mga kwento at magbigay ng inspirasyon sa iba na patuloy lang na maging matatag. Patuloy lang ang buhay.

    7. Pag di mo nalalabas yung toxins mo sa katawan, nagkakaroon ng negative effect sa body mo. As in, kahit di pagpapawis lang might cause depression. So take probiotics. 5 htp, eat healthy foods and do exercise para mabalanse ang guts.

    10. Anon 2:20 Wow. Really? 2018 na, girl. You can’t be this uninformed. You have all these resources available to you and yet here you are judging people with mental illness because hindi mo “gets”. Here’s a tip: You won’t be able to tell if someone is mentally ill just by looking at them.

    12. mga ate mag ingat kaka judge Nakita nyo naman sa news di ba na may tumalon na kabataan mula sa condo because of depression. Maaaring humingi ng tulong sa mga experto bago mahuli ang lahat. Kayo naman mga wala nito wag magsalita ng masasakit dahil hindi ninyo dinaranas yung sakit nila. Wag sana ito mangyari sa mga mahal niyo sa buhay.

    13. mga ateh mahalin ang kapwa. Lawakan pa Lalo ang isip tungkol sa depression at mga iba pang sakit na hindi naman obvious. Maawa sa taong may ganitong karamdaman. Tulungan maipagamot at maging support group kesa manghusga.May kaibigan kasi ako na nadeds dahil dyan.

  4. Dear Kobe, mukang ikaw ang kailangan pa ng further knowledge about depression. Please don't mistaken depression to deep sadness. Of course, I think everyone has this point in our lives that we're feeling low, sad or even empty but that doesn't mean that you are depressed already.

    The real depression is an ILLNESS and it's called Clinical Depression that needs an expert care and medication. Porket kumakalat kasi sa socmed na depress-depress ganyan kaya dami tuloy claim agad na depress. If you are really depressed you are very ashamed to admit it lalo na sa socmed! Kasi kahit sa sarili mo in denial ka. And if you are diagnosed with depression it's really hard not only for you but to the people around you. I know better because I have a sister who has a Clinical Depression. We attended briefing how to handle the situation. It's a life changing for the whole family and nakakalungkot na all we can do lang is to support her and be steong for her. If only I can fight her battle for her.

    Nakakalungkot lang na ang dami ko nababasa sa socmed na rant kung gano sila ka depress, while they don't even know the REAL depression. Don't self diagnose at wag binabasta basta ang depression.

    1. Agree...On point yung Sinabi mo.Kabataan ngayon Hindi Nila alam ang meaning ng depression.Akala Nila galing sa salita na "depress" sad ang ibig sabihin.Laging NASA socmed pero walang oras pumuntang psychiatrist at magpadiagnose

Im actually talking about those people na pinag lalandakan sa socmed that they are depressed samantalang yung mga totoong may depression ay kinakahiya at nagtatago ng totoo nilang nararamdaman. It's a serious matter at hindi mo sya basta bastang naiipost sa socmed ng ganun ganun nalang. Trust me

    5. 4:09 im not belittling anyone but those claiming na they are depress na daw kuno kahit nag iinarte lang naman sabay tweet, they are the ones bellittling yung mga totoong depressed dahil yun lang ang tingin nila sa depression, just sadness. then post sa fb twitter. Anyway, baka na misunderstood mo lang.

    6. To add on to that, it's really hard to distinguish na meron depression yung isang tao because THEY ONLY KEEP IT TO THEMSELVES. As in no signs at all, walang traces until magulat ka nalang that they are trying to end their lives. It's also hard to tell how they feel kung okay na ba sila kasi nga di sila nagsasabi, ayaw nila kinakaawaan sila.

      So i highly doubt yung mga nag post sa socmed na depressed sila eh totoong pinagdadaanan yun. Unless nalampasan na nila yun and they're trying to be an inspiriration to others siguro, but im sure not while they're currently suffering it.

    7. 4:09 manic depression is "bipolar disorder". Nagulumihanan ka yata. It's clinical depression like what 1:50 is saying and what we are talking about here at iba pa yan manic. Baka ibig mong sabihin is major depression cos manic and major is a totally different thing ✌️

    9. mga ate may mga kakilala ako na nagpatiwakal dahil may depression. Yung iba hindi nagsasalita dahil nahihiya sila sa pinagdadaanan. Wag sana bale walain o kaya bastusin yung mga taong may depression. Lawakan ang pag iisip. Tulungan ang mga kabataan na dalhin sa doctor at mabigyan ng psychological help. suportahan din ang mga kamag anak at mahal sa buhay na mayroong depression. Mas kailangan nila ang tulong kesa I judge.

  6. mga besh napanood nyo naman siguro ngayon araw yung teenager na nagpatiwakal sa building di ba. So hindi pwedeng bale walain ang sakit na depression. Wag maging mapang husga. Dalhin agad sa doctor ang taong may sakit bago pa mahuli ang lahat.

  7. Hindi mo gugusthin na magkaron or makaranas ng depression.

    Sobrang hirap to battle everyday and to keep your sanity. No one can explain it. Even the sufferer will never be able to explain or express the deep sadness, pain, darkness and hole they feel. Sometimes, giving up is just the best option kase you can't think of anything else. Family, friends don't believe you or judge you. Minsan nga online ka pa makakahanap ng makikinig sayo like forums, groups or hope chat lines. But, eventually you will realize na ang lungkot lalo kase yung akala mo magmamahal sayo, di ka kaya intindihin or kahit di nalang intindihin pero at least di ka nila iwan, diba?

    I will never judge anyone that will say na naka experience sila ng depression even if deep sadness lang yun. Minsan nag start lang sya sa deep sadness hanggang sa di nalang nawawala. If someone reach out to you, don't give advice. Just be there and tell them how much you love them. Show them that you will never leave them.
