To be 100 percent honest, there was nothing crazy rich in the movie, it was just like a regal film produced romcom , come on, we’ve seen crazier and richer movie than this film. But I might say, kris’ Cameo was really a highlight , it’s not pivotal though but she really made her presence felt. Honestly at first i understand her sobrang naexcite sya to do this movie but now sobrang annoying na! I watched the movie and i saw her scene and i was really happy that i saw kris there but actually her scene is just a scene there no significance talaga and ibdont think that scene made me proud as a filipino!

i'm proud of nico. not only did he do a phenomenal job portraying oliver chien in CRA but he also plays a mateo liwanag, a filipino character in superstore and not just a filipino actor playing a character. nasa NBC primetime lang naman ang sitcom niya and is doing well. the character was originally written for a latino man but nico was able to spin it and made it his own kaya they decided to make it a filipino character. yun ang accomplishment as opposed to a filipino playing the role of malaysian princess for 2 minutes. i mean its okay pero hindi wow.

I watched the movie first of all, because the book is a bestseller. Next, I want to patronize Asian films. If I want to see Kris in the movie, well, she's an extra, so extra rice na rin sya sakin.
Her role in this Hollywood movie is no small feat but it was short and luckily her scenes were not edited out. It is a good film with great actors in the leading role.

ReplyDeleteTo be 100 percent honest, there was nothing crazy rich in the movie, it was just like a regal film produced romcom , come on, we’ve seen crazier and richer movie than this film. But I might say, kris’ Cameo was really a highlight , it’s not pivotal though but she really made her presence felt. Honestly , Kung ako din si Kris, Baka napuno na ng Photos and ganap ng crazy Rich Asians ang timeline ko. I don’t get why there are people na sobra sobra yung negativity sa katawan

Deletei'm proud of nico. not only did he do a phenomenal job portraying oliver chien in CRA but he also plays a mateo liwanag, a filipino character in superstore and not just a filipino actor playing a character. nasa NBC primetime lang naman ang sitcom niya and is doing well. the character was originally written for a latino man but nico was able to spin it and made it his own kaya they decided to make it a filipino character. yun ang accomplishment as opposed to a filipino playing the role of malaysian princess for 2 minutes. i mean its okay pero hindi wow.
